Vacation rentals with lake access in Simrishamn Municipality

We had a lot of space and felt very comfortable at Charlotte‘s house that was only a short walk away from the beautiful beach. Charlotte was super nice and helpful!

We spent a few days in Christers place and we enjoyed it a lot. Cozy fireplace and warm Jacuzzi made a wonderful stay for us! Christer was always responsive for any requests. Would definitely recommend staying at Christers place.

Great place to get away, we went with our kids and they had a great time playing in the backyard and with all the toys in the house. The house is beautifully decorated and spotless, amazing!

We were lucky enough to spend 6 days in the beautiful house, Ronnie was a great host, the house was very clean on our arrival and everything was as described, it is very idyllic on the edge of the forest, which we found very relaxing, we especially enjoyed the lake which can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes or by car in 3 minutes. We spent our days swimming and fishing. Regarding fishing, it should be mentioned that Ronnie has a boat on the lake, which can be used by arrangement. The fishing license costs 400 SK per family. The lake is very rich in fish and gave us good catches. We were completely satisfied and would come back any time

Very nice accommodation. Clean and nice, very fresh. Wonderful, peaceful environment and nice host! We hadn't received the code to the door before check-in, but the host responded quickly to the message and we got help immediately on site. Highly recommend.

We were three couples renting this house for a weekend, we ate well and bathed between meals and enjoyed the quiet island. We are very satisfied with our stay at Åsa's house and hope we get the opportunity to rent next summer again. PS. we loved the decor and Åsa's ceramics ☀️

It was a huge pleasure to stay in the beautiful house by the water. daniella and frederik were very friendly and helpful with questions and advice for experiences nearby. The location of the house is lovely, right at the edge of the forest, with a large lawn for play and the lake a stone's throw away. the house was very beautiful, minimalist, but beautifully decorated and nice touches, starin lights, badminton ketchere, sunbeds, rowboat and subbord. so there were a lot of things to do. a well-equipped kitchen with a gas grill and everything you could want. i would highly recommend a stay there. we had a wonderful weekend, 7 adults and 4 children.

Great place in a fine, central location. Inexpensive parking very close by.

Ideally located for visiting Ystad and Scania. The extreme proximity to the sea is much appreciated. The street to cross and you eat on the beach. Communication with Mats was easy. And if you don't have an aversion to the late '80s decor, you'll have a great stay like us!

Cozy days in nice apartment near Sövdesjön, Sövde musteri and hiking areas where you can fish and pick mushrooms. Had our 1 year old which went great so the whole family had a great stay!

What a fantastic place! Beautiful house in amazing surroundings of a peaceful coastline. Very friendly and responsive host who has made us feel welcome and right at home, even though it was a short stay. The home itself is well-equipped, clean and spacious. Highly recommending if you plan to stay in the area.

We absolutely loved staying at this summer house! The location is just perfect, you are sheltered from the wind by the dune but still only have a one minute walk to the beach. One of the most beautiful beaches we have ever been too! The photos don‘t do it justice. Håkan was a great host, he even provided sand toys for our kids and we had everything we needed for our stay. Would love to come again!

The two of us spent 3 weeks in Håkan's vacation home. The contact with Håkan was very good from the start. He met us on arrival at the street and showed us the way. The house was very clean and very well equipped. Håkan was always available for our questions and gave us useful tips and hints for things to do nearby. His raspberries and cherries, which we were allowed to eat, tasted wonderful. In addition to Håkan's hospitality, we particularly liked the proximity to the animals. There are many cows almost right in front of the house. On the way to the lake you sometimes get very close to them. The neighbors' rooster and hens visited us every day on the property and the neighbors' cat also came by every evening to say good night. For us, it was a relaxing, sunny vacation with a great host. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend.

We have enjoyed the great in the beautiful Skånelängan. It is simple but well decorated, the equipment you need is available, everything works well, an eloge to wifi which is the best we have experienced in a rental house. The dogs loved playing on the farm and we especially appreciated the amazingly nice hikes in the forests around the house. Ossian is a nice and efficient host.

Idyllic house in a lovely environment. Many rooms and plenty of space, inside- and outside the house. The hosts are caretaking and conscience people, which is visible in the way they decorated the house and the way they designed the garden. We had a great experience as a more-generations-holiday.

We ended our Sweden trip at Niklas’ place and we had such a great time. The house is very nicely decorated, comfortable, and the garden is fantastic. It is a very child friendly place, lots of toys, and our three kids loved it a lot! We didn’t know anything about Österlen, but it is a beautiful region. The fantastic swimming lake is great for small kids and you can walk there from the house. The nearby beach of Knäbäckshusen must be one of the most beautiful ones in Sweden and only 10mins by car. Thank you to the hosts for sharing this little paradise with us :)
