Apartment vacation rentals in Simrishamn Municipality

Very nice "apartment". A little noisy with the traffic that was just outside but really nothing you get bigger on. Clear instructions, left notes so you could sort garbage and clear instructions on how to clean before going home. Nice garden.

We stayed 2 families over a weekend and it was just perfect! The host was super nice and helpful. The best part was staying on top of a restaurant, with a bar across the cozy courtyard. Highly recommend!

Great location with nice balcony facing the harbor. Perfect accommodation for two who mostly eat out. Christian was very nice and accommodating. We'd love to come back.

Place is great for 2 people and our overnight trip. Loved that we had a secured parking place for our bikes. Coincidentally, the building number #9 is the same road number, would be a little confusing to use google maps as it directs you to the intersection. Other than this, our stay was lovely

Everything's been working fine. Accommodation is located in a pleasant part of the city, with walking distance to everything I needed to reach.

Cozy, nicely decorated 3-story house. Everything you need as a family is there, although there are only two hotplates in the kitchen. Village is nice, area worth seeing and beach nearby (and a little further away). Also large supermarkets, as well as local shops in the area. There is something for everyone!

Beautiful loft conversion with amazing views over the fields out front. Easy access and was warmly welcomed on arrival. Clean, tidy and cosy home, that was easy to relax in. Thank you for a pleasant stay! 😊👍

We had a very nice time at Hjalmarödsvägen and Mikael is a very attentive and friendly host! The house is very clean and cozy, the amenities more than sufficient, and above all the garden and the surroundings offer an enormous amount of space for children to play or to relax privately. The area is beautiful: wide beaches, green landscapes, nice small and very small villages - you can't take a wrong turn. Recommended without reservation, we would come back any time! :)

Great and tastefully decorated apartment/part of street house very central in Simrishamn, close to harbor and beach. We rented bikes and made day trips along the coast and enjoyed the beautiful and central location.

We had such an amazing time at Andy and Ia’s place. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and are super sweet people. The location is the perfect distance from the main road giving peace and quiet but also very easy to reach. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Millan’s. The host was welcoming and helpful, and the space perfect for the two of us. The location was ideal at the heart of Österlen, with beautiful surroundings. We found ourselves spending most nights on the terrass with the beautiful views. Would recommend!

We enjoyed it very much at Johan's. The room was really nice. We could have stayed there longer. The windows above the bed were also great. The train doesn't run at night, so you can sleep in peace. It was really cool.

We had a lovely time at the farm. Milla, Johan and Niklas are great hosts and their place is just so beatiful and peaceful. A great base to explore beaches and nature parks in South Sweden with so much to do within short driving distances, the little farm is an attraction in itself with plenty to space to roam and play for the children and grown ups (chicken, trampoline, graden hose, fire place, peas!). We felt very much at home and very welcome. The appartment is just lovely, spaceous and well arranged and designed. Highly recommended. Only regret it we did not stay longer.

The stay was perfect for the whole family with a 1.5 year old daughter. The apartment was very spacious and well furnished. The jacuzzi on the balcony was also great. A high chair and a baby crib were provided. There are wonderful white sand beaches in the surrounding area. Perfect. There were many restaurants within walking distance. The hostess was very nice and helpful. We were very satisfied and felt very comfortable in Emelie's apartment. Ideal for a family with a toddler. We can only recommend the accommodation when staying in Ystadt.

We stayed in Kent's apartment for two nights, two adults, two children and two small dogs. For us it was perfect location. Kent responded super quickly to our request as we booked the same day we were going to arrive and he also met us when we arrived late on a weekday night outside the property and showed us around. Very nice reception! The apartment had everything we needed. Loved the floors and the bedroom door and the cozy decor. And a plus with a small nice garden. 5-10 min drive to the beach. Would love to come back!

We had quite and peaceful stay at Sara’s place. The apartment is a bit rustic in rural location, but it has a full kitchen and its own bathroom. Good value for money.
