I had a very pleasant extended stay at Hummingbird Haven, late fall-early winter. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Internet worked well. There's a large TV with several subscribed services, but i didn't use it. When the hosts are home there is some noise from upstairs. The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood; i enjoyed daily neighborhood walks. There is no noise from the street in the apartment. It's maybe 2 miles from the entrance to Snow Canyon State Park, and there's an abundance of other trails in the area. Rosemary is an excellent host, very responsive and easy to communicate with. Other: In the future I will try to avoid using Airbnb. Their fees are high and they are not transparent in fees or adjustments. The times i had to communicate with airbnb, the persons i talked to had such strong accents that i could not understand much of what they said.

Perfect when traveling with dogs. Very quiet , clean and nicely set up. Safe and cozy. I appreciate the fact that Lorrie provides a dog friendly place without hidden costs and reasonable rules for all. She has a water feature that is very soothing in the shared yard. Highly recommend!
