Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sharp County

We had a great stay. It was clean, neat and welcoming. Reminded me of lake cabins closer to home. The decor was a perfect fit. Jed was available when messaging him. Will stay again if available.

This is our second time staying at Ashley's place, and it was great, yet again! It felt very homey, and the games were great for the kids. My husband and I appreciated the fact that she let us check-in early (we had arrived earlier than anticipated), and we were able to grab some groceries and get settled in at a decent time. That was extremely helpful and we are so grateful! Everything was nice and clean! As usual, she was very responsive. We had a great time at the place while we were in town visiting family! Will most likely be staying again later in the year!

We enjoyed the home. It was located just off Main Street with a view of the river. It was clean with nice furnishings and comfortable beds. I would note that as it is close to the river, it is built up on stilts. You will have stairs to climb to enter the home. However, the height offers a much better view of the river from the big deck on the front of the house. Also, there is a train track very near the rear of the home. So, if you are a light sleeper this may not be the place for you. Presonally, we enjoy the sound of trains so it was no bother to us. Overall, we had a great stay!

The only suggestion I would offer would be to either have a picture of a street view of the house or have the address number some where visible on the house. My GPS told me "I had arrived" while in-between 2 houses and I had to reach out and ask which house was the correct one since there was no photos of the exterior or an address number on either home. We had an amazing experience. I would defiantly recommend this home to any friends or family.

House was spotless, close to the river like we had wanted, and had lots to do for us adults and kiddos alike. We wanted to stay an extra day very last minute, and Bettina took care of us right away! She’s a very responsive host, and made everything super easy. Would definitely stay again!

William and Ginni were great host! I rented the entire house and it was perfect for our group! We had full access to the kitchen so we grilled out steaks and used the kitchen to cook the sides. The beds were so comfortable and the linens were super soft and clean. I loved the scent on the sheets each night as I climbed into bed. I highly recommend staying with William and Ginni and hope to do so again!
