Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Severance

The hosts are super responsive and very helpful. At first I thought it was odd to not park in the driveway but the front door is right close to the road and it’s lots of room along the road to park. Very easy and don’t let that deter you. It’s a great house, quiet backyard and they even had coffee and filters and everything there like that for you. Fantastic hosts! Would definitely stay there again. Easy to get to and close to grocery store too if you’re staying more than one day.

Kevin’s place was a great place to stay for our family. It’s in a nice location and neighborhood— there’s a huge park that’s walkable from the house to take the kids to play and everything in town is a quick drive. We loved the hot tub and grill. The kitchen was well stocked. Very family friendly. Kevin and his wife were responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again!

We stayed a week at the Smith House in late Jan/early Feb and loved it..Had all we needed including a beautiful finished basement with a large screen TV..Nearby Old Town Fort Collins and many great restaurants and breweries..The host Cheryl is very easy to contact if you have any questions or needs..5 star in our book and can't wait to come back here and visit!

This is the perfect place to stay for those visiting Fort Collins, especially in the CSU/Old Town vicinity. Everything is within easy walking distance including grocery stores. But the space! . . so cute, so well- stocked, so thoughtfully provided! We loved it! Fred and Carol are great hosts.

Loved our stay at the Apartment in the Sky! Apartment was exactly as described with lots of little touches for a very comfortable stay. Very clean & the host was extremely responsive. Great location - a quick 10-minute walk to Old Town. Can’t wait to return!

Usually when I travel, I miss my own stuff—but everything here was better than what I have at home. The bed and pillows were honestly the best I’ve ever slept on, and the shower was amazing. Great coffee setup too. The hosts were super kind and down to earth, and the location was perfect. I’d definitely stay again.

We were in town to visit CSU with our daughter. We stayed here and it was perfect for us and walking distance for almost everything! Tim was very responsive and helpful and gave us lots of recommendations. Would definitely stay again especially if she chooses CSU!

I had the pleasure of renting for a month to be near family. I loved the convenience of the location, safe area, and of course the accommodations. Windsor is a sweet small town close to many great CO locations especially Fort Collins☺️ I very much appreciate their quick responses when I needed to communicate or had questions. I definitely plan to stay again and it will probably be for a month again☺️

Denise is a wonderful host and had a nice unit in a great location. The area is quiet, the unit was clean and well stocked. This is the second time we have stayed here. We are in the area twice a year and when we come back next fall we hope to be able to reserve this unit again.

Josh's place was just what we needed! It was centrally located and well stocked. We cooked a FULL thanksgiving dinner in there and the kitchen had all of the pots and pans needed - we couldn't believe it. I will absolutely look to this place first the next time we need a spot in Fort Collins. Thanks for a fabulous and comfortable stay!

I absolutely loved staying in Caleb’s airbnb. The place was beautiful, large and close to a lot of things! I will say I was there by myself the first night, and there are no window coverings on any of the windows in the main living space. So I did feel little nervous being alone and anyone outside being able to see that I was, but thankfully I was safe! The area definitely felt safe, but ya never know being from out of town!
