Charming Farm Cottage Annex with Stunning Views

Our 1 bedroom Cottage Annex on our family farm overlooking the North Sea and Firth of Forth, is perfect for that quiet getaway. Pets are allowed. We are within minutes of the beautiful coastline and are just 50 minutes south of Edinburgh city. With separate bedroom, ensuite shower room and lounge/diner, this Annex has a small fridge, an inverter microwave oven, a 2 ring hob and a 32" TV. Wifi is available. Locally, we have great food and world class diving, surfing, golf, cycle paths and walks.

Approx 8 miles from Edinburgh city centre and 2 miles from Portabello. Musselburgh Race Course is a short walk away, Musselburgh high street a 5 minute walk, Gullane and other golf courses nearby. Nestled into woodland, this stone cottage is a cozy peaceful retreat. You'll be accompanied by the sounds of the huge array of birdlife, and at night the stars are crystal clear. The cottage is detached and has its own garden. When in season help yourselves to the surrounding fruit and berries, and we’ll get you off to a start in the self catering kitchen with some of our own hen’s eggs (if the hens cooperate!). This property is suited to a couple, there is a double room downstairs and also the kitchen is on this level, upstairs is a shower room/wc and a living room which leads onto a decked balcony overlooking the harbour.
