Monthly Rentals in Santa Clara

A good deal for the area and quality of the space. The location is ideal, and not too far into Santa Clara, just right on the cusp and an easy access to downtown St. George. Close to lots of amenities, and the airbnb itself was clean, and new and a really good deal for everything else that I saw while searching for a place to stay.

We stayed here with three generations of family. The home was perfect for everyone to have their room and their space to spread out. What was important to us was that this home had outdoor space and be able to do our own meals and day adventure prepping. This home is located in a vacation rental community and so the neighborhood was full of families on vacation which is nice. the pools and open spaces were across or down the street and being able to ride bikes and walk around the loop was perfect. It is a great place to stay. Feel like home. You can find everything need in the place it should be found.

I had a very pleasant extended stay at Hummingbird Haven, late fall-early winter. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Internet worked well. There's a large TV with several subscribed services, but i didn't use it. When the hosts are home there is some noise from upstairs. The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood; i enjoyed daily neighborhood walks. There is no noise from the street in the apartment. It's maybe 2 miles from the entrance to Snow Canyon State Park, and there's an abundance of other trails in the area. Rosemary is an excellent host, very responsive and easy to communicate with. Other: In the future I will try to avoid using Airbnb. Their fees are high and they are not transparent in fees or adjustments. The times i had to communicate with airbnb, the persons i talked to had such strong accents that i could not understand much of what they said.
