Vacation rentals with a sauna in Sankt Englmar

We felt very comfortable, simply idyllic!

Very nice and tidy place with many opportunities for activities, excursions etc. in the nearby area. We lacked nothing! Andreas is a very friendly host. We will definitely come back if we happen to be in the Bavarian Forest again!

We had a wonderful time at Konrad's place. The apartment was decorated with a lot of love, cozy and thoughtful – you immediately felt comfortable. The area around is quiet, harmonious and ideal for unwinding in nature. We were able to completely switch off and recharge. Thank you for the wonderful time – we will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed staying with family Wenzl very much. The apartment is so spacious and equipped with everything and in a wonderful location. From there you can do so much and the husband-and-wife team Wenzl are super friendly and gave us many hints for excursions. We can only recommend the great apartment to everyone, which we have already done in our circle of friends. Thanks for the wonderful time.

We felt very comfortable. It was beautiful and relaxing days in a great environment, including sauna, top equipped outdoor kitchen and generally in a fantastic overall property. Christoph is a 1A host, very accommodating and top friendly. We will be happy to come back.

A nice apartment. Just like the pictures. Everything you need. Comfortable bed and for the kids TV with Disney+ and Netflix. They thought that was great. Edeka can be reached in 4 minutes by car and the Waldwipfelweg and toboggan run can also be reached in 5 minutes at the latest. We had a lovely time and felt comfortable.

My dogs and I were received in a very friendly manner and had a nice and quiet stay. Everything was as described. So if you like it quiet and rural, you will meet a lovingly maintained house with a great, natural garden. We will be happy to come back if we are in this area again.

The place is well located very close to the Arber ski slopes, short ride to Zwiesel or Bayerisch Eisenstein. The place is directly located at a traditional restaurant and you can also start nice hiking trails directly from there. It’s a great place for a skiing vacation in that area.

The check-in was very warm with cheesecake and sparkling wine on New Year's Eve. The host is very accessible, communicative and has given very good tips for excursions in the area. The apartment is fantastically located with sun from rise to sunset and is super clean. The kitchen is well equipped, so you can also cook well yourself. With the basic oven, it is chubby warm in winter and the sauna overlooking the mountains is highly recommended (bookable for a fair extra charge). We felt comfortable and definitely recommend the place!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment and had everything we needed there, so we would be happy to come back. Of course, the highlights were the activities offered in the house, such as the swimming pool, sauna and table tennis area.

Ursula is a wonderful host. Friendly and helpful. She has a secure place for bicycles if you are cycling the Danube. A beautiful, large, well equipped apartment. We were so happy that we were able to stay there.

Nice place to stay, good amenities, lots of recreational opportunities in the resort, hiking trails outside the door.

Everything was clean, comfortable and usable as it is described. Lots of activity options, especially for children. Ms. Sarah is always willing to help as far as you need anything. I can simply recommend to anyone who wants to spend a few days in nature with the family.

We immediately felt welcome at Sabine's farm. She gave us many tips for the area directly upon arrival and showed us the apartment. A fire in the stove was already prepared so we could arrive and relax right away. Communication was always possible without problems and the sauna, as well as the massage, were the icing on the cake during our stay. If we need a few days off from everyday life again, we would come back any time!

In the lovingly restored blacksmith's shop we found a very enchanting and quiet place. Rustic and just right to disconnect from the noise of the big city for a few days. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts. In the house is everything you need, a modern bathroom and in contrast to this a rustic room with wood-burning stove where you can cook great. We felt very comfortable with Carmen and Franz and will be back for sure.

Beautiful family accommodation. Everything is very high quality, clean and cozy. You could easily move in here. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds comfortable and the sauna great. We were three families with a total of 5 children and the house was a perfect size for us. There are also many opportunities to do something nearby. The communication with Petra was also great, always quick and helpful. Thank you for the very nice vacation! We will be happy to come back.

Our family of 7 had a wonderful Christmas together here! Everything was beautifully decorated and welcoming and our hosts were lovely. Great space and location for a quiet retreat and not too far from Regensburg. Definitely need a car for transportation. Would stay again for sure.

We felt very comfortable! The amenities and cleanliness of the apartment were really great. The only small drawback was that the bed creaked with every little movement. We will be happy to come back! 😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is very cozy, but modernly furnished. We particularly liked the automatic pellet stove, which provided comfort in the morning and evening. The landlord responded immediately and very friendly to a request. We will definitely be back! Family B.
