Monthly Rentals in San Juan Capistrano

I stayed here for over a month and loved it. The gated community and garage parking are so convenient. Beyond that, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I recommend this place because of the peace of mind it provides. I drove across the country to get there, and I knew immediately I had made a great selection.

This place is wonderful! My two dogs and I called this spot home for over a month and it was perfect. So many little touches in how the place is built and decorated make the space easy to settle into. Adee and John go above and beyond as hosts, we had everything we needed, and then some.. . It feels like a cross between an Airbnb and nice hotel. The location is incredible between SJC and Dana Point, there is so much to do and see. Neighborhood is beautiful, with friendly neighbors. I hope to be back again!

Christine was a perfect host. She is considerate, accurate, responsive, and cares about her guests and their stay. The location is perfect across, from The Strand, and easy location to walk the beach or the Ritz for a sunset drink. Sunsets are in perfect view from sitting on the couch through the window, or go outside and enjoy them. Her place is clean, comfortable and the location is ideal. I will stay there every time I am in town, and have recommended it to friends. Loved it. Thanks Christine. You have a gem.
