Monthly Rentals in San Clemente

Our second stay it’s immaculate, the staff so friendly. The area and the view perfect. Only negative (which I’m adding to be helpful) parking garage painted for several “compact” cars. Few people drive compacts the garage parking was a nightmare for an suv. Some huge trucks took up too much room. We tried so hard to fit between poles and lines and got a note “warning we will tow you” because our tire touched a line. It made us reluctant to leave the lot at all.

This was my third stay at Barbara's condo. I've enjoyed each visit. The location near the beach, restaurants and stores is ideal for those who like easy walking access. I rarely have to drive during my visits. The unit is well equipped and very comfortable for long stays. I highly recommend staying at Barbara's place!

David & Lavi are great hosts. The location is conveniently located with the ocean a short walk from home. San Clemente has so much to offer w/incredible restaurants in walking distance and Dana Point only a few miles down the road. We were so happy they welcomed our small senior dog. She also loved the space, as she could relax outside on the patio and enjoy the sights and sounds of the neighborhood. We will keep this on our ‘beach’ list and will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

The location, amenities and condition of the condo was awesome. You fell asleep hearing the waterfall outside. The little patio was a nice spot to have your morning coffee or relax and read. The grocery store was less than 5 min away and access to the 5, outlets 10 min as well as the beach. The internet was a bit sketchy so if you needed it for work not sure if it would work. To access the condo you need to walk along a sidewalk around the buildings and up a set of stairs about 10 steps..important if you have mobility issues or are not strong enough to get your bags up. This might actually be mentioned in the description but can’t remember if it was. This was not an issue for us. The condo is perfect for 1 or a couple. Although the bathroom isn’t as updated as the rest of the condo it is clean and perfectly functional with the added bonus of the washer and dryer, both brand new. This rental was a pleasant surprise and I’d definitely rent it again! Marina and Holly were great hosts.
