Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in San Carlos

Staying in Keith’s place was an iconic SF experience. The size was perfect for our family of 4 (2 teens) and we all really loved the unique characteristics of the accommodations as well as the location. Situated in the middle of a steep hill, the house is incredibly charming and does help tie the past to the present. A couple of tips, if you have a car, be careful how you park on the hill - it truly is a unique experience and it will test your core strength to get in and out of the car - and speaking of cars and parking, make sure you work out a parking permit plan with Keith or parking garage strategy. The other tip - laundry is via coin op. Loved walking around Polk St - 10 minute walk over and down the hill - definitely do this as well - great cafes and restaurants.

The stay was very peaceful and worth every penny. There was lots to do around the area and the place felt like home. The host are very nice and responsive. I look forwards to staying there again when I go back to San Jose

It was great experience. The room was extremely clean and spacious, and the host, Roman, was truly deserving of the title 'superhost' with his kindness and quick response.

We had such a fantastic time staying here! The apartment itself was great, cozy, and had everything we needed. The folks upstairs were a bit lively and you'll hear a little pitter-patter sometimes, but it genuinely didn't bother us because the host is an absolute rockstar! She was incredibly welcoming and ridiculously quick with responses whenever we pinged her. Seriously, the glowing reviews are 100% accurate – she's fantastic! Any questions we had were answered at lightning speed. Definitely a top-tier stay – highly recommend!

Maria Elena's studio apartment is perfect for two people. It is roomy and completely updated. The king size bed is comfortable and the mini-split heat/air conditioner is perfect for the changes in weather in San Jose. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe and walkable to a local grocery, coffee and restaurants. I recommend Maria Elena's apartment and will stay there again on my next trip to San Jose.

Thank you to our hosts, Carrie and Alex! This was our 2nd time staying here. It's very homey and the bed is super comfortable! The kitchen is fully stocked, and the bathroom is very functional! We are looking forward to more stays here so we can conveniently visit with our family.

We were in town for a family wedding and not enough room at our families main house, hence the Air bnb solution. Our Grandaughter felt very comfortable (not scared of a new place) and come the end of our stay she said she hated to leave the cute tiny house, and asked if we could stay again. We told her yes. Parker was perfect in making everything easy.

The home was perfect for what we needed and the location was great. The only disappointment was the shampoo/conditioner/body wash options. Some bottles were missing lids and the soap was watery. Other than that, the home was great.

Good home for my family's needs. The ceiling to floor windows are Beautiful! The home had comfortable beds, laundry room access, and necessary kitchen tools. Simple backyard for kids to play in.

Peggy has a remarkable home close to many amazing places to explore- Noe Valley, Castro, Mission and a close hop to the Haight and Golden Gate Park. The place felt like home and Peggy was an excellent host. This was a perfect place to stay for our family of four. Highly recommend!

I always choose to stay at Emrehans when I need a place near San Jose. Very beautiful, clean home/yard, great location. Emrehan communicates well and has been very accommodating to me. Very good price for the stay. Would recommend.

Charming, quiet and spacious with a beautiful backyard. Lots of natural light, beautiful original hardwood floors, comfortable beds. Big dining room table ideal for games, well equipped kitchen. We loved this quiet neighborhood convenient to services including a nearby Trader Joe's. It's also just a few minutes walk from El Cerrito Natural Grocery and Annex, a fantastic spot. Friendly, responsive hosts. We will definitely stay here again when we're in the area!

Sophia was very available and accommodating for our schedule. The hardwood floors are beautiful. The kitchen has granite countertops and modern appliances. The bathroom is nicely tiled all around. We hope to stay there again next time we are in the area.

Kirk's apartment was spotless and comfortable. I felt safe being in a gated apartment community (plus, anyone I met in the common spaces was kind). The apartment was only a 5 minute drive to my client's office, there was food close by, and it's super close to the lake. Thank you for having me!

Beautiful condo only a block and 1/2 away from the beach/pier. The home was fully stocked and the beds were very very comfy! Loved the outdoor patio area with the fire pit.

Great option in Santana Row. Eugene has been available to reply all our questions. We loved the loft. Both the bed and the sofa bed were comfortable.

This was our second stay at this property and I'm sure we'll be back. They are so responsive and helpful, and always get back to you right away. The place itself is just so perfect. Located right above Santana row, but it feels private. The space is big, and the 2.5 bathrooms really help! They have every amenity you could ask for and then some! you feel right at home. They make checking in and out very easy. I highly recommend this place to all my friends and anyone else interested!

We loved our stay here! So centrally located to everything we needed; we could walk to coffee and shops and restaurants easily, and then just a short drive to so many other things, including SF and the beach. The space exceeded our expectations in every way--cozy bedrooms, sweet patio behind the house, lots of games and books and a great kitchen. And getting in and out of the house with the keyless entry made it so simple--no keys to worry about! We'd definitely stay there again!

I was in SF for a conference that was taking place in the financial district, but my husband and I wanted to stay in a more central area with character. Ehson's location was an awesome home base. We explored lots of the city on foot and uber'd when needed. He needs to update the photos - the updated furniture and decor is really cute and comfy. Giant TV. The decor is not cluttered (I despise cluttered Airbnb's). The view from the living room window is incredible. You would have to pay major money at a hotel to have that bridge and bay view - so this Airbnb is a great value. We felt 100% safe around the apartment and in the surrounding neighborhoods. The neighbors in our gated area were SUPER quiet and we only saw one other person in 7 days. *The only suggestion would be adding black-out curtains to the bedroom window. Overall, Ehson was super helpful and gave us lots of restaurant and general city recommendations. He responds faster than any other host we've had. 10 stars for Ehson!
