Place was perfect for my family and I. We even brought along our corgi. Patricia messaged me the day before our arrival that she would let me know if we could check in earlier and it worked out perfectly as we were tired from the long drive and were able to check in a little before our scheduled time.

This place is a phenomenal find! I hadn't been to Manila in about 15 years but it's a very special area. The community park, Bay views are truly amazing. Katy was the best to talk to including being so helpful to get the heater battery replaced. The space is stylish, comfortable, has everything you need and could ask for and feel right at home. I could move in next week. I can't wait to return a couple times a year to explore more and more of the area. Very quiet, safe and peaceful location. A binder full of local recommendations, cookbooks to make food there, perfect location for both Arcata and Eureka. My birthday trip was excellent due to being able to stay here.

Couldn't ask for a better host than Katrina. she gave us great recommendations on where to eat, and things to see in the Redwood National Park. The location was great and we enjoyed the stay. 10/10 would recommended and we plan to return.

You either love Humboldt County or you don’t. Don’t over think it. Beautiful surroundings and nice quiet place to rest. Best sleep we had on our trip! If being up in the hills a bit isn’t for you, then you may feel more comfortable in town. It was perfect for us! Very clean, comfortable and cozy!
