Fawsia's place was amazing. Her and her husband Ash are wonderful people who greeted us when we arrived with their lovely extremely friendly dog Max. The place inside is beautifully designed with wonderful African art. We felt at peace and welcomed in this space and very appreciative of them to open up their one of a kind sanctuary to spend the weekend at. Whenever we have an activity to attend in Elk grove we will stay again. Wonderful people and atmosphere. Everything was perfect.

Great stay. Super convenient to my required location and a much better choice than a local hotel. Quiet, day and night. Walkable. Felt very secure due to the established neighborhood. 👌🏼

Fong Chi was responsive when we couldn't enter the home due to a mistakely transposed number for check-in. Error's happen, so I was thankful for his very timely reply. He also reached out to us when he received a notification of wi-fi issues. His home layout is a well thought-out design, and it has everything you need while away from yours. The surroundings of the home felt safe, and it was clean. This is most important to me. The pool temperature was chilly, and it was unfortunate the weather didn't cooperate so to entice us to brave the cold plunge. On a nice day, it would be refreshing and you would find yourself enjoying all the exterior amenities provided. While we mostly enjoyed our stay, there was an unfortunate occurrence x2. There is a neighbor dog that is left outside on his backyard patio just behind the master suite, and another dog from a neighbor in front. None of us slept well both nights due to very late night continuous barking. Rare? Otherwise, 5 stars all around!

Kelly’s place was more than spectacular better than the pics! She was quick to respond with any questions, the amenities available were great and the location was perfect to me! The neighborhood felt safe and it was only 7 mins away from family in the area which made my stay very convenient and stay worthy.

The house ended up being perfect for what we needed and the backyard was so peaceful, and definetly what we needed !! The house was clean, the beds very comfortable and the linens were great! Every area was very clean and you could tell the owners took great care of their property! I will definetly come back if we come this way again. Sergey was great at responding and follow through.

Gorgeous private hidden oasis, stunning heated pool with waterfall, amazing main house, and an incredible pool house all under a canopy of trees. Such a tranquil and wonderful experience. Located seconds from historic downtown Folsom and in a gem of a historic neighborhood. Was able to bring my dogs and my husband and I chose to solely retreat to the fabulous pool house. We had smart cooling / heating, 1 large bathroom with bath tub shower, a half bath in the living room with a gigantic smart tv, a beautiful large dining table with chairs and a bench, a wonderful kitchen with an island, two large balconies, and a gigantic king bed with wood bed frame, also a washer and dryer. The main house was just as phenomenal and bigger, however we chose to stay in the pool house because it was more intimate and cozy for just me, my husband, and dogs. Douglas was an outstanding host and the property is an absolute treasure. I will come back again and will add to my secret list of Airbnbs.

Jillian is an outstanding host, very response, proactive, and helpful from the time we reserved, through the conclusion of our stay. Not only was Jillian responsive but she was proactive in addressing our requests for assistance and delivered. The property is private, gives an at-home feel, and the neighborhood and surrounding area are peaceful and lovely. We had a very special time as a family and highly recommend staying with Jillian at this cozy, peaceful, and fun property in Elk Grove.

The home was perfect, it was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our home away from home. We enjoyed all the amenities of the home--pool, hot tub, tvs, arcade, putting green, fire pit, games, sitting areas, keurig, room to spread out. The home was very clean and all the appliances were in working order. Decor of the home was so bright and cheerful. Clear instructions were provided days before checking in to when we had to check out. The neighborhood was quiet and a short distance away from all the things we wanted to do in Sacramento. Now the host, wow, Rashad was above and beyond an exceptional host, very responsive and helpful for any questions or help we needed. I highly recommend him and this home, and will absolutely love to return in a future visit. Thank you Rashad, this was a truly wonderful stay.

We are a group of 3 families visiting the gold country on spring break. The house is just beautiful sitting on perched hill overlooking an open field. We woke up to an amazing view every day. I especially enjoyed cooking breakfast with the children in the bright open kitchen. There was plenty of space for just 8 of us. I also appreciated the bedroom with 2 bunks so all the kids get to stay in the same room. The location is private yet close enough to groceries and local eateries. The hosts are very easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

They accepted our stay with very short notice (within 3 hours of arriving) which was a load off my shoulders. When we arrived at the house it was absolutely beautiful and a very quiet neighborhood The décor was not only beautiful but very functional. It was very spacious and extremely clean. Wonderful backyard and board games galore.. they even had a Christmas tree up with the lights on for us in the large front window it was very welcoming. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this place to anyone needed accommodation. This was our second time staying in Bill’s place. Bill is proactive, responsive, and communicated well before and throughout our stay. The location of his home is great. There is lots to do and the location is also conveniently close to shops and restaurants. We felt right at home and had a wonderful stay. Between the pool, hot tub, trampoline, and hiking near the river, our family has a blast.

Amazing stay at the Oasis. Everything was clean and the house had everything for a great stay. We had a special party for our son and the open family room and huge kitchen island and seating was great. As well as the outdoor spaces offering comfortable seating.

Our stay was amazing! The house was beautifully equipped, we felt right at home. The mattresses were SO COMFORTABLE - the pillows were nice and fluffy - AND CLEAN. Everything was so clean. The neighborhood was AMAZING - safe and quiet - great place to take an evening walk. Located right near the freeway! Would def. Stay again!

Beautiful Home! I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend ! The backyard set up was very beautiful and the hot tub was very relaxing :) this home has everything you need and stores are just down the street, everything is super close and very convenient 10/10 recommend

I stayed a few nights at Brittany's place while in Sacramento on business and it was fantastic. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean, quiet and well appointed. I also really appreciated the private off-street parking. The neighborhood was very peaceful and super close to great restaurants and shopping. All in all a very comfortable stay. I would absolutely recommend Brittany's house and I hope to stay there again one day. Thanks Brittany!

Definitely lived up to its billing. We have stayed in probably over a dozen airbnbs and we both agree that this one was the best one of all of them. Leah was very responsive. We especially appreciated the inventory of food accompaniments left by previous tenants, a few of which we took advantage of. If you're a party of three or four and need two bedrooms and two baths, this is the place I would recommend.

Great stay on short notice. Beautiful home. Going through a difficult time and though it’s a small thing, the ginger ale in then fridge reminded me of how much I loved it as a kid. It helped me through a rough night. Thank you.

We booked a last minute stay this weekend and Yuliya was very quick to respond to our needs & messages! The place was beautiful inside & out. As soon as we walked in the place smelled beautifully & was spotless. Despite it being in front of the freeway, we barely noticed the noise & really enjoyed our stay!

Was here for a swim meet with my teammates and we all really enjoyed the place and felt comfortable. Great host. Will stay here if I am ever in the area.
