David was very responsible and helpful during our 3nights stay. The pool was huge and clean and it was ready to use. Also dining area inside and outside was well organized, lighting for the backyard is also amazing! I highly recommend booking this place for your vacation! I would re-rent this place again. The rental was beautiful-clean, stylish, and very comfortable. It offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a getaway. The only downside was the limited phone service and spotty WiFi, which made staying connected a bit challenging. Still, if you're looking to unplug and enjoy a cozy stay, this is a great spot!

The house was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our dog had a great time playing in the backyard by the pool.

this is a lovely, spacious well stocked and supplied home that is well located if you are visiting Pasadena or Los Angeles. lots to do at the house and well located to get to other places in the area.

The home was perfect for our family Christmas. Our kids loved the outdoor fire pit and board games. Home was perfectly described as an antique home with very a lot of detail in the home still. We will definitely be booking again

Such a great little bungalow!! Perfect for us and included everything we needed. My dogs and I enjoyed how close the walk was to the beach. Super quiet neighborhood but still right on Main Street and close enough to walk to everything! I love the beach cruisers that were provided and other little thoughtful touches. Great and responsive host! Would highly recommend :)

Rooms are somewhat small but the cottage is charming, very homey, and quite comfortable. It had all we needed. We will want to visit again. The outside common area and chickens were a big hit with our grandkids when they came for a visit. The neighborhood is beautiful & quiet. Kristen was a great host.

Ahhhdorable Vintage Storybook Cottage is truly a gem! The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to both the lake and the village. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm, homey feeling. The cottage smelled amazing and was absolutely spotless. We especially loved the fenced front yard, which was perfect for our little corgi — he didn’t want to leave when it was time to check out! The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, and everything we needed to cook during our stay. My husband and I had a wonderful time in Big Bear relaxing and unwinding, and staying at this cottage made it all the more perfect. Huge thanks to the wonderful hosts — the cleanliness and thoughtful touches throughout the cabin truly show how much they care about their guests’ experience. Highly recommend!

Great space! Our hosts went above and beyond! The cottage was decorated for Easter, a little Easter candy dish was left out for us, there were snacks, water bowls left out for our dogs, a fresh sourdough bread, and we were even given an anniversary card as it was an anniversary weekend getaway. Amazing hosts! We loved it and would stay again!

We frequent Dana Point for whale watching, and this was the second time that Ed has hosted us. Going forward, there will be no other option for us. Ed genuinely cares for his guest's comfort and well-being. The place is absolutely beautiful (for us land lubbers, the flora included in Ed's landscaping is just breathtaking - for example, pull into the car port in the back and find it lined with giant white birds-of-paradise; it gets better...). What a perfect location - the marina, a grocery store, and lots of places to dine are within short walking distance. This was perfect for us, as we like to both cook and dine out. The kitchen is very well appointed and the grill is great - you can cook and serve pretty much anything. Thank you so much Ed - we really aprreciated it. See you next year should you be so inclined!

Melissa’s house was the perfect escape from city life! We were fortunate to arrive just after a storm, so the place looked like a winter wonderland. Highlights were the huge windows, comfy bed, couch, fireplace and cedar wood hot tub. Highly recommend.

We were attending the Rose Parade this year and wanted a stress free environment to stay at close to the venue. Hilda’s home was all that and more. It is a charming little place that is well appointed, clean, and very comfortable. We really wanted for nothing while we were there. We met both Hilda and her daughter and both were very friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with this rental and will likely come to stay again.

We stayed for two nights at the adorable Golden Ave bungalow leading up to our first cruise on the Pacific side and our first time in Long Beach. We picked the bungalow because of its location to the cruise port and I love the character of 1950’s style homes. The California king in the bedroom was a nice surprise and comfortable! I also loved the shower and all the amenities. One day we walked over to the Potholder Cafe then from there to the Aquarium. To address a negative review, yes you can hear your surrounding neighbors at times during the day when they are outside but also keep in mind the house is older so insulation was diff then.

We spent an entire month at The Perfect Place after losing our home in the Eaton Fires. It was the perfect amount of space for 2 dogs and 2 humans :) the kitchen was very well equipped and we even cooked at home a couple times. The couch is super comfy for TV watching or just hanging out: We took some really beautiful walks and LOVED some of the restaurants around there. James was very responsive and sweet to us. Thank you! Great place for family vacation. Walkable beach access, shopping and restaurants. Having a garage was over the top, as parking in this wonderful beach town can be challenging.

Craig was very responsive and helpful. The place was exactly as pictured and for being in a very LA type location it was still relatively quiet throughout the day and night. We were a group of girls traveling and we really appreciated the makeup towels provided in the bathroom. Lots of cleaning supplies and was exactly as pictured.

This property lived up to everything promised and more. It was clean (and I am picky!), well located, and easy to access by following the detailed instructions. Our guests, as well as ourselves, were comfortable with the beds and furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked and the towels, linens, and little extras were all appreciated. All of us that stayed had no problem with the stairs. If anyone planning to visit has mobility issues, you might want to look elsewhere, but that is the ONLY reason not to book a stay at this wonderful Air B&B. Also, nearby parking was not in issue for our guest who parked nearby on a clearly marked public street (not in the alley behind the property). Thanks Clifton!

Highly recommend this well-appointed spot in Pomona! The house was exactly as described and pictured - clean, pleasant, and spacious. Ann and Joel were responsive, helpful, and made checking in and out such a breeze. The backyard, right down to the patio, fairy lights, and space to run around with a toddler, was exactly what I was looking for. And because of the lemon and orange trees, and the jasmine that blooms around the neighborhood, walking out your door is a bit like lighting a Jo Malone candle. Would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting friends or family in the area, or for anyone who’s attending the nearby (in walking distance!) LA County Fair and want to make a weekend of it.
