Monthly Rentals in Riverside

Well we only stay at Nell listing if im in Launceston . Shes a great host , super host because she knows how to make the place so comfortable , I have nothing to complain, Her instruction are good , always good linen , comfortable bed , clean bathroom with a bath tub , plenty of towels , fluffy blankets, the house has centralised heater or aircon that coming from the floor , wow hightech , good location 7 minutes to CBD , Yes we had a relaxing day , no cooking but mostly we did plenty of food delivery like uber eats , they have a good kitchen but we are on holiday , thank for letting us stay

Easy keypad check in, much better than mucking around with keys as we had 2 families staying great house, 3 levels, lots of room, big living room with very comfy couch & beautiful views, very stocked with everything you could need, baby port a cot, highchair and baby bath so that was very helpful beds were comfy, 2 full bathrooms & 3 toilets Fantastic downstairs area for a whole family, lots of beds & toilet, a great outdoor area with couches - if it had a shower down there it would just top it off completely as self contained house gets hot with all the windows but air con works really well, no ceiling fans in the bedrooms but little fans in every room, she really has thought of everything, everything we looked for we found Christine was very responsive to emails The only negative I had in this stay was we had to pay $40 per hour for an early check in, I have stayed in a lot of air bnb's all over the world & have never been asked to pay for an early check in before

The cottage was very clean and had everything and more you would need for a comfortable stay. There was ample cooking utensils if you want to self cater. Kym gave lots of information about things to see and do in the area. We especially loved the beautiful autumn colour in the garden. Thanks Kym.
