Our little piece of heavan is located 9 miles NW of Viroqua, WI. Our yurt is nestled in 14 acres of red /white oak, walnut and maples above the Bad Axe River. The yurt is 300 sq. ft, comfortably sleeps 4, pet friendly and has a large wrap around deck. We have a wood burning stove, propane cooking stove top, a fully stocked kitchen galley, 8 gallons of drinking / cooking water, propane and fire pit grill, there's an extra deck with picnic table, manual shower and composting toilet.

This new apartment was added to the back of our detached garage. Low or no VOC products were used throughout construction. Brand new appliances installed with an oven big enough to cook the biggest turkey I’ve ever dreamed of. Spectacular ridge top views and beautiful starry nights. Hiking and cross country ski trails on the property of about 75 acres. Pick hazelnuts in the fall, collect and boil your own maple sap in the spring and pick blueberries in the summer.

Across the street is the local ice cream shop. We are 1 block from main street and easy walking to restaurants/bars and shops. This is the upper level unit. There is a main level unit and lower level unit below this one. Stairs are required to gain access to this unit.
