Monthly Rentals in Portland Downtown

I stayed at Tracy's studio for my three-month internship in the US. Tracy has been an excellent host throughout my entire stay. She was always available, super patient, and helpful with any issues I had. Additionally, she frequently reached out to check if I had everything I needed, which I appreciated. The studio is cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything necessary for daily life, or remote work if needed. The internet connection always worked great, which was key for me to work from home sometimes. The check-in and check-out processes were simple. She was also flexible and allowed me to check out later than expected. In short, I had a great stay at Tracy's studio, and I highly recommend it.

Lovely space! It is so cute and cozy. Very walkable to all amenities with some great coffee shops and restaurants. Downtown is only 10 min walk away. The hosts are very friendly and quick to respond. Great public transport and safe paid parking garages close by. There is limited parking in the front, so it best to come without a vehicle or arrange for the parking garage in advance if possible. Had everything I needed for my 5 week stay.

Excellent place to stay The apartment is very well located, in a convenient and accessible area, making it easy to explore the surroundings. Additionally, it has all the essential kitchen utensils, which are comfortable and practical for those who enjoy cooking their own meals. The hosts are extremely attentive and respond quickly to any questions or needs, making the experience even more pleasant. It’s an ideal place for long-term stays, as it has everything needed to feel at home. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again.

We spent a wonderful 5 weeks here while I was in town for work. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy Portland! Maria & Pete are super friendly and responsive. They made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The building is secure and clean, and located near tons of food, shopping, and nature. Would absolutely stay here again, and recommend without hesitation.
