Wonderful Stay! Highly Recommended! Our experience was absolutely fantastic! The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect—close to main attractions, restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The amenities were top-notch, especially the comfortable bed and the well-equipped kitchen, and can’t forget the backyard which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and pleasant place to stay!

If u ever go to Jacksonville rent from Trevor I will never rent from anyone else have had several bnb that were terrible wouldn’t take my dog because of my last experience with bnb that poisoned him with bug traps my daughter lives there so I go couple times a year to visit her and her family never stayed at a place like Trevor’s with was so outstanding with everything

The house was clean and spacious and the views were calming. The living room was really a place for gathering friends and watching the final four on the lovely sectional couch and giant loveseat chair. We ate our dinner around the dining table with plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room in each bedroom for our belongings. We walked to the beach and took the golf cart to the beach as well. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The only downside was there was not enough seats on the outside decks where we spent most of our time. There were only two chairs and a love seat. We would stay again!

Love staying with Jennifer! Her places are always clean and she is great at communicating. I will always stay at her places if they are available as they are always very clean and cozy places. The river view is amazing at the Shoreline location! I highly recommend staying at any if her locations!!

The location was great for what we needed. One mile away from Topsail Manor where my son was getting married. Easy access and close to the beach. Beach was very clean. House was also clean except for sand on the floors and in the sheets. House also had a lot of needed necessities. I would stay here again.

Our family loved Jennifer’s place. The location can’t be beat when you are right on the beach. We had 5 adults and a dog and we had plenty of space in the townhouse. We will for sure stay here again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kates' place. As an Airbnb host, I am a good judge of a place to stay. This one gets 5 stars.. The house and views can not be beat. We had everything we needed including kids toys to play with in the sand. The downstairs was a great spot to get away from the sun and wind and grill out.. We had a family of six with one 2 year old plus two dogs. There was lots of space to spread out and for the kids and dogs to run around. The fenced in porch and underneath the house were great with the dogs. I especially enjoyed the "fish bowl" (bedroom with windows on all sides) room on the beach side. All the windows were great and this room was the designated nap room for anyone who wanted to rest and be beach front. My son and his wife had a date on their private ocean front balcony. Kate was great with the communication, checking in on us via email. We recommend this house to others. We hope to stay there again. Susan and Jeff

This place was an oasis! The view was spectacular, and it was super easy and quick to walk to the pool and the beach. The pool was close to the beach and had a bathroom so we didn’t have to walk all the way back to the condo if we were out on the beach. The grounds and the beach were very private and quiet. The condo was cozy and comfortable, had lots of towels, extra blankets, and lots of kitchen amenities. They even had games in the cabinet. There were tv’s in every room. The outdoor table and chairs made eating outside easy so we could enjoy the breeze and the fantastic view of the greenery and the beach. The aquarium and tons of great shops and restaurants were only minutes away! Peaceful place to stay, but close enough to the hustle and bustle, too. Perfect balance! I would highly recommend Claudia’s place! She made the whole process seamless and super simple. We had a fabulous time! One to remember! We would love to come back!

Great location, easy access to a secluded beach, quiet neighborhood, and convenient to restaurants and shopping! Driveway parking available for 4 cars. Kelly provided everything that was needed for a comfortable stay at the beach, including beach chairs, beach toys / games, towels and linens, disposables for laundry/dishes/bath. Second bedroom was a bit uncomfortable for two, but that was only a minor nuisance. Beautiful location!!

We had a fantastic stay at Michelle & Mark’s place. The location right on the beach is lovely and a wonderful place for a family vacation. The bunk bed room for our grandchildren worked very well! Michelle & Mark responded to our questions and were so helpful and accommodating. We would definitely love to return again!!

This was our second time vacationing here. We love the ocean views, cleanliness of the house, location on the island. It is a great place for a family getaway. The host is great as well. Highly recommend!

This was our second year in a row to visit Atlantic Beach and stay at Teffie's Fault. We loved our stay there so much last year that we elected to stay there again. It's such a quiet location and all you have to do is cross the street and walk up the boardwalk to be at the beach and feel the sand between your toes! The unit itself is lovely--wonderful layout and pretty decor. This is an annual girls' trip for three of us. We each have our own bedroom and there's more than ample shared space for watching television, jigsaw puzzle working and board game play. We spent lots of time on the front porch just relaxing. Host Danielle is responsive, organized and on top of every detail. Can't say enough good things about Teffie's Fault--hope to stay there again next year!

Lovely, super clean house right on the beach. We loved how we were only steps away and it looked like we were on a cruise ship from inside the house - all you see is water! We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent home to stay at for some relaxing time at the beach. The house is set back slightly so you do get views of other houses when sitting on the porch, but still have views of the ocean as well as a private access point to the beach. Ample amenities provided - clearly a lot of thought went into making guests comfortable, for example, new dish washing sponge, trash bags, toilet paper supply, coffee pods, the list goes on! And very clean!!
