Very comfortable space to stay in. Amazing how quiet it was Especially in the evening. Views were spectacular and the property Next to us had horses. Which was a bonus to have them moving about.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home is beautifully appointed, wonderful kitchen and outdoor area with the pool is a treat! The hosts were cordial, polite and wanted to be sure we were enjoying our stay, or needed anything. We would definitely go back!

We recently stayed at Christina's AirBnB for a weekend getaway. We chose her place because we loved the decor in the photos--and it did not disappoint! Her space is even more beautiful in-person. The unit is easy to find and has excellent access to major roadways. We had a minor issue with the wifi during our visit. However, Christina was incredibly responsive and had it fixed for us right away. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place! Pool and outdoor space is fantastic. There is a shed full of fun toys and games for the kids to play with. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. House has everything you need! Tatiana and Steve were great communicators, always quick to answer our questions.

The house and hosts are amazing, we enjoyed our stay and we would love to come back again next year. The co-host Callie was awesome, not only did she buy and drop off a bigger coffee pot to us after asking if there was a larger one but her husband picked up my husband who ran out of gas right before out flight was due to leave leaving us in a panic to get gas and get to the airport. The outdoor space was perfect and the house was clean and had great space for my family of 7!

I don’t normally write reviews, but I could not pass up the opportunity to rave about our stay. We were traveling with my elderly grandmother. We got in early, and tried to take it slow but she got very tired. I messaged the host and she responded within minutes to accommodate for my grandmother. When we arrived the house was beautiful, free of clutter, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Everything was very easy to use. Multiple seating areas in the back yard was nice for visiting with our family in the evenings. Kitchen, couches were comfortable. Pool was a very nice addition coming from a cooler climate we weren’t used to the heat. So that was lovely. I would definitely stay here again and again. You will not regret this decision.

Gerardo’s house was perfect for our stay in Scottsdale. The location was very close to Old Town and private, quiet and safe. We loved the pool and hot tub! Gerardo and his family were excellent hosts too, very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great place - Great hosts!

Great townhome with a private casita as well. Check-in was super easy and the place was exactly as described in the listing. Denise was very proactive in all of the communication. We had a great time here.

We had a fantastic time at Bill and Cindy’s renovated historic home in a district of downtown Phoenix which has great energy. The house was tasteful and well-stocked. Bedrooms were super comfortable and there is even a guesthouse. The neighborhood was quiet but also close to urban amenities. Above all, we enjoyed spending time outside around the pool which was saltwater. The kitchen was also well-equipped so we were able to cook comfortably and also check out some new hipster spots. It was great to rent directly from the owners who seem to care equally about their home and their guests. Highly recommend!

This house was just amazing! It was so beautiful, I had such a great time there and host was wonderful too. 100% recommended

We booked this place over a year ago to celebrate my boyfriends 60th birthday. His wishes were no party, just golf! The place was big enough for all of us, kids and grandkids. We had a total of 13 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. The backyard was a beautiful oasis where we spent plenty of time relaxing, enjoying the weather and sunshine! The co-host of the property (I believe his name was Jason) was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for a large family or group celebration! Side note: Stores, restaurants, attractions & golf were about 30 minute drives or more. We planned ahead to have food, paper products and beverages delivered upon arrival. Epic time, place & host!

Very spacious and clean! I attended a conference at the Fairmont which was a minute walk away. Brought my family as well and our accommodations were perfect.

Nice pool area

This is a lovely, spacious, comfortable condo right on the golf course near the McCormick Millennium Hotel. Nicely furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of gathering spaces indoors and outdoors, three bedrooms and two and a half baths. All bedrooms have TVs and large closets (the primary suite has two). Quiet and peaceful, a perfect place for four of us to stay while visiting family nearby.

we had an absolutely wonderful stay and loved the home. It was fully stocked with all things needed to maintain the house as well as ample towels, paper and toilet paper rolls as well as beautiful dishes and good pots and pans. The pool was great my kids really enjoyed feeding the coy fish and turtle in the backyard small pond. We will definitely be returning! Thank you avant for the goodies as well , the sunglasses and caps were perfect! see you next year !

Spacious home in a quiet section of North Scottsdale, featuring great views and privacy. Other than a hot tub, I don’t think we could have asked for anything more in the way of amenities. Many thanks for being a great host!

Everything is top notch at the Villa! Great yard, pool and hot hot tub! Beautifully equipped kitchen! Every bed was very comfortable with lovely linens! TVs were awesome and easy to use! Extra touches everywhere! Such a kind and attentive owner! Every want and need was there and taken care of! Thanks Lestia! Can’t wait to return!
