Very quiet, very peaceful. Very private, mostly. There are a few neighbors but they were quiet as well, they waved as we drove by. Getting there was easy. Recommend you download the maps of the area prior to getting there as there is no cell service once you exit the Interstate. Peter also provides detailed information on getting to the house. Once you arrive at the house, WiFi works well. The upstairs bedroom is a loft but it works well. However if someone in your party likes to get up super early , or likes to stay up super late, you can hear them downstairs shuffling around. Bring earplugs if that bothers ya. The wood burning stove most definitely works to heat up the house. I had to chop up the wood into smaller pieces in order to fit the stove for burning. It was nice to see the nearby wildlife, mostly squirrels, lots of different birds, we even encountered some deer or elk on the main dirt road when we were headed up towards Grand Canyon. It was awesome. We would return!

Great one bedroom condo with a hide a bed. I was only one person. I was very comfortable. Very spacious. Kitchen is fully equipped. Extremely clean. I’ll stay here again next time

This place far exceeded expectations. The kitchen is kitted out with modern, high end equipment. As is the laundry facilities. We sre a family of 5 adults, and we all found this place to be very comfortable and spacious. The attention to detail is stunning. One of the more practical features is inbuilt USB charging. There is also a dedicated work space on the landing upstairs. It would be the most perfect place to stay for a winter getaway. If we didn't live all the way down in NZ, we'd be back for every season!

Absolutely loved our stay! Communication with Mark, the owner, was excellent from start to finish—he was incredibly responsive and made everything smooth and stress-free. The house was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed, which made settling in so easy. The pool table was a big hit with our group and made for some really fun evenings. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and very family-friendly, which we really appreciated. If we’re ever back in the Flagstaff area, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying a El Rancho. Great location and accommodations for our family trip with beautiful view and close to Snowbowl. Mass was very responsive and helpful. Overall, great Flagstaff spot!

We really enjoyed our stay at Samantha’s! It’s definitely one of our favorites in Flagstaff. The house is so cozy and has everything you need. The location is beautiful and quiet. Samantha was so responsive, and we were so grateful for the very last minute accommodations!
