I had a wonderful stay at Stephen’s AirBnB! The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly clean. It looked exactly like the pictures and had all of the amenities described in the listing. Just a few minutes from downtown and the highway, so it was very accessible to everything, but also tucked into a quiet neighborhood. Stephen sent a lot of great information about the apartment and check-in/ check-out processes, which made it an easy stay. Overall it was a great value for a safe, comfortable place to stay. I absolutely recommend Stephen as a host and will look to stay with him again the next time I visit Edenton.

This Airbnb was wonderful, there was no need to leave the Airbnb since there was so much to do on the property. I will say it may not be the best for kids under 4, but we still had a lot of fun. Older kids would have a blast here.

Loved Dana’s and Matt’s place Surrounded by Beautiful views House was clean free from clutter Loved the idea of a wood burning fire in the fire pit beside the water 💜 Was able to do some fishing didn’t catch any but it was relaxing anyways 😊 Was able to meet Dana in person which was a real treat . Very friendly She made us feel right at home . Would love to return in the future .

We had such a wonderful stay! Everything we needed (especially the beach) was close by. The house was clean and spacious. When the coffee machine wasn't working, they replaced it almost immediately! Would definitely stay again.

Kathy was quickly responsive and attentive to anything we needed. Beautiful area, peaceful and quiet. One of the best hosts I’ve had!

Our 3-night stay at Legacy Lodge Bunkhouse in Windsor, NC, was a delightful escape to celebrate my wife’s and son’s birthdays. The bunkhouse kept our two kids entertained with games, toys, an air hockey table, and bunk beds our son adored. Outside, a mini paradise awaited: multiple fire pits (unlimited wood for $30, highly recommended), play areas, and a covered concrete space perfect for rollerblading and scootering. We enjoyed the wood-fired pizza oven and grilled steaks, though the propane grill needs a deep clean. The thoughtful birthday gifts and decorations for our son, plus a “Honk, it’s my birthday!” sign by host Deena (explaining the passing cars’ honks), added such a warm touch. This peaceful retreat is ideal for families or anyone seeking serenity. We’d absolutely recommend it!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jeff's place. It was peaceful and quiet, and had everything we needed. The upgrades were very nice, too. Jeff was a great host and was very prompt and kind with responses. Will definitely be staying here again. Jeff, thank you so much!

This is our second year staying at this beautiful home! Third year staying at one of Kim’s rentals and I have never been disappointed!!! Always clean, has supplies for dishwasher, laundry and toiletries items. I am very picky about clean so it’s always nice to go in, unpack and enjoy not having to worry about that. Peaceful & quiet neighborhood. I absolutely love sitting out on the front porch in the evenings enjoying the breeze off the Atlantic. You may not see the ocean but you definitely can feel it. We go up to the Ferry around 8 am (which is only 5 min walk from the house) and do a UTV rental for the whole day. ( I think for 3 people it was around $275) we love spending the day on Cape Lookout! The shells are amazing! It’s never crowded, we pack a lunch, take coolers and make a whole day of it! They pick you up around 5 pm and bring you back. We don’t venture out of the community much, we spend time doing puzzles and games. Love cooking and our vacation is about our family time!
