Very nice vacation spot for the weekend for families or friends very close to town

This is a perfect Airbnb in my opinion, and Gretchen is a lovely host. Parking, check in, and check out were a breeze. The space is private and peaceful yet steps away from downtown and river walk. I found the bed to be super comfortable, too. Scones and fruit for breakfast is the ultimate cherry on top!

This is a very comfortable & well-thought out place with all of the detailed creature comforts that i had expected & hoped for from the listing. We had an absolutely magical time here & we appreciate your thoroughness so much. The big beautiful yard & deck outside, the cute table settings & lighting options with dimmer switches inside, the window placement & accents all make a huge yet subtle difference . I cant imagine being unhappy while staying here!

Wissam and Jenny were wonderful hosts! They had great recommendations and so many little touches of service that really added to our stay from wine to homemade cappuccinos. The yard was great for our dog and the wood fire place was excellent to cozy up on the chilly nights. The place is right on the lake and the area has a number of winery's just a 5min drive away. Would definitely recommend their guest house!

Nice place with convenient parking and easy in and out ability. Quick access to main roads for getting around. Very clean. Good communication. Quiet neighborhood if you are looking for a chill place as I was. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying at their rental. It was a very cute and cozy place, and the hosts were very kind. I’d book here again anytime we come to town.

We traveled to Toledo to visit family for a few days and didn’t want to go through the hotel experience. Lacey’s place in Perrysburg was handy to our son’s home in Toledo and we’ve always enjoyed visiting Perrysburg. So we were happy to find such a nice quiet comfortable place for three nights. Lacey’s has truly made her place a home with all the comforts. It is charming, comfortable and has everything you need for an extended stay. It was handy so we could comeback during our busy days to relax for a while and then enjoy the evening. The kitchen is complete and you won’t have to make do with limited dishes or utensils. The home is so tastefully decorated with art and its furnishings shows just how much Lacey has done to make it special. The beds are comfortable and its quiet location makes a good nights sleep easy. We are glad we chose to stay at Lacey’s place and hope we can stay there on our next trip.

Overall great experience! My son and I were in town for a basketball tournament and it was super convenient to stay there!! Would 10 out of 10 times stay again!
