Everything was even better than expected. The cabin is adorable and we felt immediately at home. The view and access to beach is perfection. We were so comfortable. We will definitely be returning for another stay!

Had a very peaceful stay at this place with amazing Mt. Baker in backdrop and also got to see the full moon in full glory against the sea water. One could enjoy the sunrise on a clear day which we did and to watch sunset it is a few mins drive and we enjoyed that as well. Overall a clean and cozy place to spend some quiet and peaceful time by the bay.

I was hesitant to spend so much. It was not only worth it it was memorable and smelled so good. The tides the sound of the waves laping. Good folks with a slice of heaven on their doorstep.

Such a great experience! So special to stay right on the beach. Beautiful! And the house had everything you could need - with clear labels and instructions. Teresa is the best host. Clear communication, welcoming, responsive and accommodating! We had an absolutely wonderful weekend.

This home was absolutely stunning! The views of the bay were breathtaking — we could have sat and watched the water for hours. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The shower was also amazing — spacious, with great water pressure, and the perfect way to unwind after a long day. Everything about this stay felt peaceful and luxurious. We can’t wait to come back!

This was my second time staying here, last time was in 2018, and it was just as amazing this time around. Everything was just as described and even better than the pictures. The house is so clean, cozy, and well provisioned. You can tell Emily really takes great care of this place. I would absolutely stay here again!

A true gem of an AirBnB. The photos were accurate but somehow still didn’t do justice to the beauty here! The house was spotless and well-appointed. Location is great— close enough to Coupeville to eat some delicious meals out, but private and lovely enough that you might opt instead to stay at the house, relax on the deck and take in the view. Would definitely repeat and would recommend to others.

Spent 10 nights as a solo writing retreat (with my wife joining me on the weekend). Perfect for this even in mid-November. Super livable small home, south-facing right on the lake, two lakeside wall almost all windows, so daylight was beautiful. Thought it might be cold inside in November but the house is snug; heats up nicely and there are no drafts. Brad and Lisa are excellent hosts: quick to respond, helpful and friendly. It’s abundantly clear how much they love the place. Lots of small but nice touches. And then there’s the lake. We stayed here in warm weather before and enjoyed swimming, paddle boarding and rowing. But even in cold weather the lake is a treat. Ducks, loons, sunrise sparkles, evening sunsets. I have only good things to say.

This place was truly amazing and very clean ! The host was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I’ve been to many Airbnbs before, but this is the first time I was this impressed. I even extended my stay because I loved it so much. Hank made the whole trip even better — he was wonderful to deal with and really made me feel at home. The view was absolutely beautiful, and everything about the experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely love to come back again! Soon😍

The lake cabin has a beautiful private yard and private beach with picnic tables, fire pit and tons of boats to play with. Really beautiful view and comfortable cabin! The sunlight is so beautiful in the afternoons as it shines throughout and leaves you with a perfect sunset later! Great family fun time or quiet getaway for a couple.

What a beautiful home to stay at, very quiet, peaceful AND it overlooks beautiful Lake Howard with a private dock, I highly recommend a stay at The Lake House.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ginny and Gary’s lake house. It was immaculately clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and it had a lovely view of the lake. It was a great launching point to go see the Skagit Valley tulip festival!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! My partner and I didn’t just rent an Airbnb we rented an experience. It’s something we’ll carry with us, and we’ll definitely be back for more. The place smelled fresh and clean, and it was clear the hosts put so much thought into every detail to make guests feel comfortable. Truly an unforgettable and honoring experience.

Thoughtful, simple decor that let us feel at home and left ample room for out stuff. Firm memory foam queen bed upstairs; twin beds downstairs probably best left to children. Stunning views with loads of sun and sometimes serious glare inside due to no curtains. Bring slippers, tile floors are pretty cold. Kitchen was great - full marks on pots, utensils, dishes and open cupboard space. Grounds and dock were lovely such that we felt comfortable walking around barefoot. Area was quiet. East side of the lake seems way more chill than the west. Worth the extra drive time. Overall great place - would love to come back!

One of my favorite air b n b’s I have ever stayed in! Every detail was so thoughtfully curated. I absolutely loved the claw foot bath and all the gradients and textures of wood. The artistry was incredible. I felt right at home here and would love to come back again and again! Also it’s a very easy walk into downtown Bellingham which has many awesome coffee shops and bars! Very fun! Nick was so awesome! Hope to come back soon!

We visited Lopez Island for a quick weekend away and are so happy we chose Linnea’s place. The house was very charming and included everything we need while there. Its location was perfect (right in the heart of the village so we could easily walk to restaurants and shops). Also, the bed upstairs that we slept in was VERY comfy. Highly recommend. We booked our stay very early since it was for our son’s Wedding. It had plenty of space for all the extended family to stay and gather before our activities for the day. The location was terrific for walking which our family loves to do. Loved that it was close to grocery stores and restaurants. We all enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay! The area is very peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home was well cared for, with plenty of basic supplies in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept really well each night. Overall, a very pleasant experience — would definitely recommend!

We very much enjoyed to stay at Dane's lovely AirBnB. Great location. Walkable to many nice restaurants. We strongly recommend Avenue Bread and Coconut Kenny's Pizza. The home was warm and spacious. While we did not spend much time there as we were visiting family, we did like the location. Very quiet and close to so many activities that we enjoy. We hope to stay here again down the road.

Having stayed here a few years ago, we were keen to return and were not disappointed. Great locaction, amazing views and a comfortable, well equiped cabin. And Robin is a great communicator!
