The good: The space was exactly as described — clean, stylish, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was prompt and friendly. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, coffee, and a sweet treat for when we entered. The bed was super comfortable, and overall, it felt like a home away from home. The not-so-good: Unfortunately, there were a couple of major issues that made the stay less than ideal. First, The Beds! They were super comfortable but you couldn’t get out of them. They had memory foam and you literally sunk into the bed which was really uncomfortable waking up or getting out of the bed. Secondly, The water inside the bathroom (pressure) and (temperature) there was something that just wasn’t right. The board games were missing things( the core things). Lastly, parking (abit) of a squeeze and tight for 2 average Vehicles to be parked on location. I hope you find this review helpful!

Kristen puts the “!” In super-host! We had a great time at the Oasis! Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed the grounds and the pool. Our communication with Kristen was clear and responsive. The binder provided was full of great information. We arrived later than anticipated and Kristen made sure lights were on and the sleeper sofa we already set up for our daughter. 5 stars for sure. We had snacks, water and soda for our pleasure.

This is a great place to stay, Michael is a great host, very responsive & easy to communicate with. Being able to get on the kayaks he provided & going up the river was very relaxing. The shower was big enough for two & the indoor sauna was a wonderful way to relax after the kayaks. If we ever come back to Athens, we're definitely going to book Michael's place !!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this little house! It is very well decorated and the kitchen was so cute! A very cozy house and living room setup! We slept in the king size bedroom and that bed was oh so comfortable!! Frank was very helpful and responsive with check in/out being flawless and a breeze! Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the tiny house! It was the perfect location for doing all the things downtown and on campus. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful little home! We will definitely be back without the kids to enjoy a weekend just us!

amazing, cozy, adorable, beautiful space!! Heather and I got engaged during the stay! The only thing thing that bothers me is I didn't book it for a longer stay!!

Where to even begin?!? We needed a last minute place to stay when unexpectedly, our home wasn’t ready for us to come back to after a trip. We found this cute little cottage. I say little, but my family of 5 had plenty of room! Julie, the hostess, was so accommodating! She was kind, seemed truly interested in our needs and how she could best help us in our situation, and went over and beyond with having snacks for us as we “came home” from vacation. My teenage kids thought that was the coolest! Halfway through the week, we found out our home still wasn’t ready, and Julie was so gracious that she extended our stay and we didn’t have to pay additional booking/cleaning fees. She felt the weight of our stress and was wonderful through it all! Julie was precious, and her house was amazing!!! My husband and I have already said when our kiddos go off to college, we want to replicate her house! It is beautiful, had all the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom needs, and was so clean! ♥️A must see!
