This place is a gem! Less than two blocks from town. Easy stroll to beach approach, boardwalk, restaurants and arcade for kids.

This is our second time coming to this ocean cottage so we knew what to expect. We felt right at home in the cozy little cottage and had the amenities we needed. Kathleen was very responsive and easy to deal with. We look forward to coming another time!

Absolutely perfect for our group of 2 kids, 3 adults, and 1 small dog. Lovely ocean views from the front room, just a quick minute or so walk to the beach. Everything was sparkly clean inside. We used the kitchen a lot to prepare our meals and it had everything we needed.

So glad we found this air bnb instead of renting an actual room through the hotel. Definitely will rent this room again.

We had a wonderful stay at Ashley's Airbnb! The place was perfect for our family getaway. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach was just a short walk away, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. Our kids had a blast, and we were able to relax and unwind. Ashley was a fantastic host, very welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful beach vacation with family!

we had a great time staying here! the place was nice and clean and we loved being able to walk right to the beach from the back door. They were very helpful and answered any questions we had. They even helped us on the day we checked out when our car battery died. We look forward to hopefully returning in the future!

Another incredible stay! You can't beat the location, with near instantaneous access to the beach. The house is cozy and comforting, providing all of the amenities from morning coffee before a beautiful beach walk to family dinner with the sunset over the ocean as the backdrop. This year we were fortunate to be able to vacation with our adult child and their partner and the guest house made for an excellent experience. While the main house had plenty of space for everyone to relax and socialize, it was nice to have separate spaces to wind down in. We definitely enjoyed this second stay as much as, if not more than, our first stay. We hope to be able to enjoy the Loft of Riley again in the future.

Karin’s place was the perfect spot for peacefulness. Really enjoyed our time there and can’t wait to come back! She is an amazing host and the floating home was wonderfully appointed!

This house is really special and unlike any of the many Airbnbs I’ve booked. The huge windows on the lake are breathtaking. We saw a bald eagle, herons, ducks, cormorants, woodpeckers. My husband fished right on the property and caught a whole mess of rainbow trout. Sitting in the hot tub right next to the lake was amazing. And the beach was only a couple blocks away! I love a beach house that has that warm, lodge-y look, and this one was just what I like. My family built a fire in the wood stove every night we were there, and it was so cozy. There’s interesting art everywhere, the cabinet has just the handmade mugs you want to drink your coffee from, and the plants are AMAZING. I’ve never been in a rental with such lovely plants. The kitchen is well- stocked. I had a couple small questions for the host who gave quick and satisfying answers, and even fishing tips! If you’re sensitive to noise, the house is right on the Pacific Highway, but I didn’t find it to be a problem.

This place was perfect for our little family. Kids are old enough that they could come and go from the beach on their own, but young enough that we need to be able to keep an eye on them. We gave our kids the bigger room, so they could each have their own bed and room for stuff, leaving us the smaller room, which was a little snug but the bed was comfy.

We loved our stay and had the best time playing games, canoeing and catching salamanders. We hope to book again soon!

This property was just as described. Perfectly situated right on the river. If you like to fish this is the place. It is not however a place for small children. There is not a yard and the steep stairs to the river could be problematic for older guests. There is a nice deck. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs and open to the great room. The stairs to one of the bedrooms is a ship’s ladder. The one bathroom is on the main floor and it is nice. There is another bedroom right across from the bathroom on the main floor. It has bunk beds but the bottom bunk is probably a double. The kitchen is well equipped, but no dishwasher. Joseph gives a lot of instructions around the very steep drive. Please read carefully he is not exaggerating! We have an all wheel drive SUV and had no issues. Joseph is very responsive. I had a perceived issue and he immediately was trying to resolve the problem. He was kind and understanding. This property is in a beautiful setting and very private. Would stay again.

Such a beautiful home with all the amenities you will need. The area is breathtaking! Comfortable beds, very clean, great ocean view! Side note: If you have knee trouble this isnt your place...LOTS of stairs. Absolutely would recommend this home!!

Me and family spent the weekend here for my nieces quinceñera party, and the venue was super close just around the corner, we liked the location it was in the middle of town turn right or left and everything was close, market, coffe, gas. my kids had alot of fun playing video games and we tried to finish a Disney puzzle but we didn't have enough time, there was plenty of games and puzzles. we felt cozy perfect size home for our family. we would definitely recommend this home. to a family. One of those rare airbnbs where you show up and the place is actually more serene than the pictures.. and that’s saying a lot for this place whose pictures look amazing. Serene views set on a quiet, blissful hilltop! We will be back!

This is the second time we have rented form Marv. It’s a great location and lots of room to spend time with family.

Our group of 7 adults and 2 kids under 4 years old had a great stay at Rebecca’s place. The house looked exactly as the pictures showed. There was a high chair for our younger child as well as plenty of books and puzzles. There were enough dishes for our large group to be able to eat in vs going out. Every part of our stay was exactly as advertised and throughout our whole 3 night stay we never needed to contact the host with any questions or concerns. We all felt safe in the neighborhood and would be happy to stay here again.

We wish we could’ve stayed longer at Hannah’s Airbnb. It was so relaxing and peaceful to be near the water. The Airbnb is so thoughtfully designed and just felt like home.

The house was great. It has amazing views, it was very well appointed, and just a great place to relax after an afternoon of wine tasting. I will definitely stay here again.

Jordan and Jennifer are fantastic hosts, friendly, welcoming and so helpful. Their place is beautiful and homey and always clean. We love staying here when we are in Willamina visiting family!
