My family and I had a wonderful winter stay at Watersedge Lakehouse. The cottage was beautiful, peaceful and comfortable. Our host made sure we had all we needed and was very helpful with instructions on staying at the cottage , checking in and local recommendations. The main living room was a perfect place to gather and have a warm fire while looking out at the water. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor fire plus the deer wandering about. It was a great place for relaxing and making memories.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the cottage. The place was cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained – exactly what we needed for a peaceful retreat. The surroundings were serene, with lovely views and nature all around. Everything was thoughtfully provided, from comfy bedding to a well-stocked kitchen. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and communication was smooth throughout.

We discovered the perfect secluded getaway in this beautifully maintained property. The grounds were consistently plowed during snowfall, making our winter stay worry-free. The main cottage comfortably accommodated our group of 5, featuring a fully-equipped kitchen and a thoughtful welcome kit with snacks and coffee. Two full bathrooms with provided toiletries made sharing the space easy, and the comfortable beds ensured restful nights. The clean, spacious hot tub was perfect for relaxing after outdoor activities, and the reliable wifi kept us connected. We enjoyed both the excellent heating system and the cozy wood fireplace, all while taking in beautiful waterfront views. Killbear Provincial Park, just 40 minutes away, offered excellent winter hiking. Quick tips: bring extra towels as only one is provided per person, and pack slip-on shoes for travelling between cottages. While water has a slight odour, it tastes perfectly fine. We’d love to return in the summer! Highly recommend!

The hot tub was such a great bonus—we really enjoyed relaxing in it after a day of exploring. The kids were thrilled with the bunk beds and had so much fun! The interior of the cottage was beautiful—cozy, well-decorated, and thoughtfully designed. We especially appreciated how well-equipped and comfortable everything was, making it feel like a home away from home. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and we truly had a fantastic stay. The lazy lakehouse was exactly what my friends and I were looking for, with the sauna and hot tub it was the perfect combination for relaxation in the winter. The cottage was a perfect size for our getaway. Leigh, the host was awesome, very responsive and helpful for anything we needed, and was also proactive in giving us all the information we needed ahead of time.

The cottage was lovely - had everything available, from kitchen supplies (+), outdoor activities (kayak, canoe, paddle boards, peddle boat, ladder ball, croquet, etc), and lots of movies & books! You can never be bored here or feel like you're missing something. I loved that everything was labelled and organized, so you could always find everything you need. The location is so beautiful and peaceful, and right on the water. My family and I had an amazing time and would come back again! Thank you!!

We had a great stay at the guest cabin. The place was very clean and well stocked. It is evident that Ryan and Bryan took time to think about the small details which goes a long way for the guests. The hosts were very responsive and even organized an early check-in for us. It truly was a perfect stay. A big thank you to Ryan and Bryan for everything. We hope to have them host us again sometime soon.

We had an amazing stay at Amanda’s place! The property was spotless when we arrived, and the peaceful surroundings made for a perfect getaway. We enjoyed a fantastic BBQ, a cozy bonfire, and boating on the beautiful lake. Amanda was a wonderful host, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a great time at Yvonne's place over the holidays. The cottage is extremely cozy and homey, and the property is beautiful. It's a great view overlooking the lake, and with all the snow on the trees it was magical. The cottage was equipped with everything you need from cookware, board games, books, fire wood, streaming services and lots of extra blankets which we appreciated! We would love to visit here again and experience it in the summer months too. Yvonne was very responsive to our questions and needs, and is extremely friendly. I feel that this Airbnb was exactly as described and provided an awesome place for me and my family to stay. There was an abundance of games to play. There was a lot of basic supplies already there. The Kayak, Canoe and Paddleboard were a great addition to the stay. The Airbnb is well marked and easy to locate. Entrance was super easy. Things were clean when we arrived. It was so peaceful, serene and I had a great time here. Thank you so much for letting us stay!

Great spot, beautiful cottage in a beautiful area. No complaints, would book again. Booking was a little confusing as it ran through the company and airbnb. But it makes sense as the cottage is apart of a larger family business. Very helpful staff and extremely accommodating.

We had an incredible stay at Lionel’s cottage in Port Loring! The view from the property is absolutely stunning, and the cottage itself was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group of friends. The pictures truly don’t do the place justice—it was even better in person. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking to escape to a beautiful and peaceful spot. We would definitely stay here again!

The cottage is new and smelled of wood, spacious and nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything that we needed for the cooking and a good selection of tea. There were a lot of board games to play on the rainy morning. The cottage is right on the lake with gorgeous view of water and pines.

not a single issue, host was available for questions, great space , great value and beautiful redone firepit with firewood. lots of chipmunks and ducks. the master bedroom felt like sleeping next to the water with amazing glider rocker Adirondack chairs right out the patio doors for morning coffee.

We stayed at Tyler, Steph, and Julie's cottage for a Fall fishing trip and it was the perfect spot! The lake is excellent for fishing, large and many places to scope out for all hours of the day... the firepit space was a great fit for our group of 5 to enjoy (we had forgotten our chairs and were thankful to see all the outdoor seating!) The cottage was one of the most well stocked Airbnb's we have stayed in, lots of helpful items in the kitchen. Our group noted we really would love to come back in the Summer time - there were so many games, a horseshoe pit, a whole separate bunkie, and lots of water toys that left us wanting to come back when the temps/waters are warmer with more friends for a true cottage staycation. 5/5, thank you for hosting us!

Me and my friends had a great experience at the Long House, the pictures do not do it enough justice, it is beautiful. Everything was close proximity to the cottage and the hosts were very kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Would love to come here again
