Monthly Rentals in Moreton-in-Marsh

A beautiful place to stay in a lovely location. It is about 15 mins walk from the train station which was super convenient. There's a Tesco Express in the town which was handy for picking up some bits for breakfast etc. Kate is a very responsive and helpful host, giving some local recommendations (including The White Hart which we went to for dinner on our first evening which was wonderful!). It's a quiet road so you don't hear much traffic at all, which helped for a peaceful night's sleep. Bed is super comfy as well and the shower is nice and quite powerful. Basic toiletries were supplied too eg shower gel. We did a day trip to Stow-on-the-Wold, and did a 4mile walk from there to Bourton-on-the-Water which was a nice flat and scenic route. It was only a short trip but we would definitely book to stay at Kate's again and stay for longer, to explore the Cotswold more. Would loved to have visited the Batsford Arboretum and falconry centre which we'll do next time. Thanks Kate!

I had a brilliant time staying in Maureen’s Barn Annex. She was very friendly and helpful and even gave me a lift from the station and to a cafe on my first day. She was also very helpful when I asked for some recommendations. The annex itself was perfectly located, clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. Thanks for a brilliant stay!

This is a fantastic place to explore the beautiful gods, it’s close to great National Trust properties to wonderful walks and to other impressive towns like Stow in the Wold, Burton on water, Hidcote, Chipping Camden and many more. We drove there but if you come by train is perfect because it’s next to the train station. The cottage itself is very well maintained pretty excellent linen and we always appreciate the courtesy of a bottle of wine. Tracy was very good host communicating rapidly and in a very friendly manner. We will definitely come again and we highly recommend it.
