House vacation rentals in Moab

Nicely appointed place next to the golf course. Great views and nice and quiet. The home was laid out nicely and was ideal for our group. I will look to stay in this particular unit again next time I am in town!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Moab! The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials, including a slow cooker, perfect for prepping meals before heading out on the trails. The bathrooms were well-stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and even hair dryers, which was a nice touch. When we arrived, there was a minor issue with the hot tub heating, but it was quickly resolved, and we really appreciated the prompt communication and response. After long days of exploring, it was such a treat to come back to a quiet and comfortable place to unwind. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and recharge in Moab!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The home is peaceful, well stocked and has fantastic views. The hosts are very responsive. It was a very convenient location since Arches, dead horse state park, cannoyonlands and many other local hikes like corona arch are easily accesible from here.

Such a comfortable, quiet spot. Close to a bunch of restaurants and the hustle and bustle of downtown but felt nice and tucked away.

The house was definitely clean and well equipped! It is spacious and clean with everything one could need. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit! We had an excellent stay!

We had a great visit. Great location. Great listing hosts. We went to Arches and Canyonlands from here and it made the perfect homebase. Highly recommend. No issues whatsoever.

Great place with lots of room, comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Dark and quiet rooms at night for sleeping. Comfy couch to hang out downstairs on. Nice space in the garage for bikes.

Chad’s place was a restful and convenient place to stay while visiting Arches and Canyonlands. It was quiet, had comfortable beds and pillows and felt good to return to after a day in the park. The kitchen had all the items needed for cooking dinner (local grocery and home chef meal kit delivery). Chad was a kind and accessible host. Enjoyed the “community” hot tub after day in park. Do note it is more of a duplex than single home but was not a problem— unless expecting otherwise. I would recommend this stay to family or friends.

Stacie’s townhome is a perfect home base for a Moab adventure! Her place is awesome, I highly recommend it. Stacie was a great host, and we loved coming back to an amazing home after a long day of hiking!

Very convenient and spacious place. We stayed here for Arches and Canyonlands and were always glad to come back to this clean, spacious house with 3 bathrooms, after a long day.

Jim's place was perfect. It was clean and felt like coming home. He was a responsive, kind and very thoughtful host who communicated effectively. The house's layout was open, spacious and had all that we would need to be beyond comfortable. The yard was spectacular and created a serene and expansive experience, making you feel alone and able to take in nature. Having the jacuzzi to unwind in or wake up with a coffee at sunrise was magical. We visit Moab every month or so and will make this the priority space we stay in if Jim's availability allows. The only issue we had was not wanting to leave!!

Great stay. Perfect place for the amount of guests we had. Close to Moab and trails. Jeff is a great hose and looking forward to a future stay.

Brand new spacious place that’s a great homebase for a Moab vacation. Absolutely loaded with great amenities, like games, including ping-pong, and video games in the garage, fire pit, in the kitchen is very well appointed. Really great place for kids with all of the fun things to do in the house. We felt like we hardly even scratched the surface because of course there’s so much to do in the Moab area, but this is an awesome spot if you have a bad weather day and need to stay in.

This location matched the pictures perfectly. It was clean, comfortable, well stocked and great space for a big family both inside and out.

This house is lovely , perfect for our family with a two yr old. Fenced in yard was so nice to have as was the playground at the entrance to the complex . One thing that stood out was how well labeled this house was . So easy to turn on the correct light , and find the pots and pans . I would totally stay here again

Location was ideal for my group that was in town for Mad Moose's Behind the Rocks trail races, about halfway between town & the trails. House was super clean & well-stocked with basics + kitchen had lots of appliances/cookware/etc to provide our own meals. Host was very responsive & communicative. Would definitely stay here again.

Justin was clear with directions, responsive and loved the binder full of hiking and biking trail information. Comfortable beds, close to downtown but far enough away (10 min) drive that it was private. There is one expensive grocery store (that we found) in town, so if you have a big family, stop on your way to stock up! House we free of clutter and easy to get groceries and luggage in. Perfect indoor closet for mountain bikes!

Our family had a great stay at this location. The place was very clean and well appointed. The hot tub in the yard was the best one we have ever seen at a rental.

The proximity to Arches along with a super clean, thoughtfully decorated and stocked place made this place a winner for our family. Everything was just as described.

Austin was a great host and his home was just what we wanted for our stay in Moab. It is located just outside of town (maybe a 5 minute drive, not far and super convenient). Parking was easy everywhere Place looked just like the pictures and was free of clutter and CLEAN! Austin provided everything you could need. Well stocked kitchen utensils and cookware for cooking some meals in. There were plenty of pool towels and extra bath towels and linens. Extra pillows and blankets too. My kids loved the pool and hot tub access just a block away in the development. Playground and basketball were also a hit for the kids. Austin had basketball, tennis rackets and more there for our use. He was responsive and offered to give any recommendations we needed. He checked in with us to make sure our stay was just right. Would definitely stay here again!

I haven't left a review on an Airbnb in quite a while as we haven't been impressed with many as of late. This place is an exception. It is indeed special. The heated pool and the hot tub are great. The house has plenty of room. It is real industrial looking inside but it works and the beds are very comfortable. The host responded to all our questions as some of the gadgetry in the house does need some explanation. If you need a place to come home to everyday from doing stuff in Moab, this is the place. You might be wondering about this place the first time but you will love it once you get inside.
