Monthly Rentals in Mitchell

Despite booking at the last minute Wen responded quickly and had everything prepared for us on arrival. Easy to find and host welcomed us on arrival and showed us around. The studio was spacious, clean, comfortable, great value, and perfect for my son and I to stay for a couple of days. The bathroom/toilet was a touch cramped but fine for us, may not be ideal for larger visitors. We also enjoyed quite a few games of table tennis which was an added bonus. Downer is a great area close to the CBD, Dickson shops and restaurants and we would stay again.

Very convenient location. Comfortable space and very nice to have the washer and dryer. Excellent for long term stay. Convenient parking reserved for that unit on level P3.

The cabin was just what we needed for our two week stay in Canberra visiting family. The space was ideal for the two of us (elderly folk) and we used the separate bedroom for our clothes, storing suitcases, etc. Both the bed and the sofa were very comfortable and all the linen looked almost new. The kitchen area has an induction cooktop, separate oven, microwave, large fridge and washing machine. Excellent saucepans and frypans. However, as we use airBnB accommodation to cut travel costs by cooking our own food, a few extra items (coffee plunger, serving dishes, colander, tongs and breadknife, for example) would have been welcome. The area is suburban so there was background noise such as dogs and young children but no traffic noise. It is a short walk to the Watson shops (nice cafe, supermarket with fantastic deli, takeaway and chemist) and a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest light rail stop. Parking is outside on the road. Overall, a great place to stay. Congratulations, Wendy.
