What an amazing place that Sheena has! My family absolutely loved it. It is so cosy and spacious, tucked away on a private piece of land in the midst of nature. Just a short 1.5mi drive up Sherlock Road you'll come to a great viewing point of the surrounding hills. Her house is complete with all the modern amenities you could need, including central heating.

I was lucky enough to be able to book this place relatively last minute due to a cancellation. The location is great, just outside of town otw to Yosemite! Excellent little gravel path for a jog a short drive down the road, so I was able to get out for lunch while working remote! Wonderful birds on the property and excellent star gazing! Highly recommend, if only for the wonderful screened porch! I’ll be checking if Martine’s place is available anytime I am in the area!

The house was comfortable and very thoughtfully set up. Everything we needed in order to function in the house (e.g. wifi instructions, placement of towels, blankets, etc.) was carefully thought through and well-explained. Details such as toiletries, coffee pods, etc., were much appreciated. I texted Samantha several times with questions and she responded within one or two minutes each time. I thoroughly recommend this listing to anyone thinking of staying here.

We loved our stay at Tenaya’s. It exceeded our expectations. Our host was very helpful and extremely responsive. The home itself was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with good quality appliances, pots and pans, and spices. It was well situated for our daily drive to Yosemite, and was also close to grocery stores and restaurants in Mariposa.
