This was a great place with a great location. Very convenient to the stores, only about 15-20 mins drive to the beach, and the pool was kept clean.

We had a fantastic stay at Dmitrii’s place! The home was spacious and perfect for a group of friends — the rooms were a great size, and the overall layout made it super comfortable for everyone to relax and enjoy. The beds were especially comfortable, which made coming back after a long day out even better. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use the pool as we were constantly on the go exploring the city, but it looked very inviting — hopefully next time! As a first-time Airbnb user, I had quite a few questions, and Dmitrii was incredibly patient and quick to respond every time. His timely and helpful communication really put me at ease and made the whole experience smooth. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area — would definitely stay here again!

Me and my family really enjoyed ourselves. The property looks exactly how it looks on the Airbnb. Everything was very clean no complaints.

The unit was very clean and modern, and had great amenities - including the nice (small-ish) pool out back to the well appointed kitchen, large TV, comfortable sitting areas, washer/dryer, and 2.5 baths, 3 BRs on two levels. Easy directions, easy to find, centrally located - you can walk to the heart of the Design District in about 4 blocks. The immediate surrounding neighborhood is a bit scrappy, a lot of litter everywhere for the first couple blocks and some pretty rundown homes. But Melissa's unit and some other similar ones on the block are modern and nice, and once inside the unit, it's very clean, pleasant and modern. It's also centrally located to easily get to some cool spots in Wynwood and other neighborhoods. Also not far to the airport. We'd recommend but be mindful of the immediate surroundings.

We were in Sunrise for a youth soccer tournament and had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The home offers plenty to keep kids entertained and off their electronics. The place was clean, the pool was heated, and the location is convenient. It was quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to everything we needed. I went for a walk and all the neighbors were very friendly. Owner was prompt to respond. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located spot to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! It was spotless upon arrival, and the check-in process was seamless. The pool was definitely a highlight, with the waterfall and lights creating a relaxing atmosphere at night. We would definitely love to stay here again.

The place was great for our large group and kids enjoyed the warm pool and the trampolines.

Upon arriving the spa was not working properly and hosts instantly responded and came over quickly to fix, and it was a flawless rest of the trip! House/neighborhood is peaceful and matches pictures descriptions!! Would recommend for an easy and fun getaway!!

What a place to come back to after a long day of work! The water was always hot and the house was big enough for five guys to have their own space. Would definitely stay at this house again when work takes us back to Miami! Would recommend this place to friends and colleagues. This is definitely the nicest Airbnb that I’ve ever stayed in, and best value for the dollar hands down. It’s so nice to be able to walk to local some good local restaurants and the neighborhood is nice yet very quaint. Pietro and his team were awesome every step of the way, assisting with any requests or questions promptly, and I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Miami- close to south beach, opa locka, MIA, and Miami executive airports, etc. The mattresses were comfortable, the landscape was impeccably manicured which offers a nice amount of privacy. The property is bigger & more spacious than it looks, and the location is hard to be beat! I’ll be back to visit again soon and stay at my favorite Airbnb with all of the perfect touches and a flare of Tuscan simplicity. 10/10 all the way around !!!

This was a very big house (our kids kept saying mansion) in Miami Springs, with lots of stuff to keep everyone entertained- foosball, billards, cornhole, old style Pac-Man/ Donkey Long video game console, darts, plus a pool and hottub. We had plenty of room to hang out and to sleep. The location is perfectly fine though the house is a bit far from Miami Beach. Rick was a great host and very easy to communicate with.

Manuel and Patty’s property felt like home. It was very clean, and had everything you’d need for a rental from a fully outfitted kitchen, to extra towels and beach chairs. I’d highly recommend this property for your next time visiting miami. It’s also about a 15 minute drive from everything in Miami without having to be in the city.

We just finished our stay at this location. This place is awesome. The pool and hot tub were clean and heated. We wanted the pool a bit warmer all it took was a call to Ron and within minutes the temp was up. We never yet had a host to be so available regardless of how many times you call or message him. We had an issue with our scheduling and Ron was very understanding and accommodative. It's a great place and a must see! Thanks Ron, we appreciate all you did.

We had a wonderful time at Leo’s place! The pool and hot tub were the perfect temp, super clean, and had beautiful foliage all around! We so appreciate being able to bring our dogs and LOVED taking them on walks through the awesome neighborhood, so safe, beautiful, and walkable! The house is so lovely with lots of windows, comfy beds, and the best screened in porch! We spent HOURS enjoying the porch! It was a terrific stay and can’t wait to return!

Evgeniy's place was a great spot to spend a few days in Hollywood beach. The pool and the back deck offered a great gathering space to hangout while getting some relief from the Florida sun. The house was clean and Evgeniy was very responsive with the few questions I did have.

Justin’s house was great for our girls trip! There was plenty of room for all of us and we loved the heated pool and distance to the beach. We had a few minor issues upon check-in and Justin was super quick to respond and send someone over to address and resolve the issues and he even accommodated our early check-in and late check-out requests with ease. Beautiful place, perfectly clean and spacious. Waterfall and view of the lake, basketball court and barbecue area were very suitable for us to receive guests in the evening. There is a private beach. Landscape, and very romantic. Very comfortable beds. We are simply delighted. Thank you for the wonderful reception. Thanks allot ❤️❤️❤️☀️

The house, it's amenities, and location enhanced our vacation experience for our family of 6. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the house was very quiet. Loved the pool table, comfortable furniture and high ceilings! The only issue was that we were given no notice that the water was turned off from 11am - 6pm to deal with a pool maintenance issue during our stay which was challenging.

Great place for the weekend. Quiet street and very close to the beach. The landscaping looks great and the house is very well kept. We look forward to staying there again!

If you are looking for a walkable Airbnb look no further! Steps away from all the fun and a short uber to downtown! If we visit again I know where we are staying!
