Vacation rentals with beach access in Matanzas Inlet

I absolutely love staying here. The property was spotless and cozy. It had an old school boho beach vibe. The bed was so comfortable and we fell asleep and woke up listening to the ocean. The view of the ocean from our front balcony was perfect. I’m seriously looking to book again before the end of the year. We will definitely return. Thank you!

The house was great and looked just like the photos! It was very well stocked and had everything we needed. Heidi was very responsive when we had questions. We loved how close we were to the beach and the provided beach chairs, umbrella, etc were fantastic! We also really appreciated the provided streaming services - it was great to be able to watch Hulu without having to sign in to our account and switch our location. The local coffee shop was within walking distance and had great coffee and pastries, and the Publix was very convenient for picking up basics. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Heidi’s place!

This was a great place for our family. We had our elderly parents, our siblings, and four children. The balcony was a lifesaver and the amenities were amazing. Rooms were comfortable, bathrooms were nice and spacious, and the in-unit washer and dryer was so helpful with young kids. The beach is a short walk and our favorite St. Augustine coffee shop (Kookaburra) was a short walk away. Hosts were responsive and helpful.

Clay was the nicest Airbnb host our family has ever had. He was super friendly and made great local restaurant suggestions for us. The rental was clean, had plenty of extra linens/towels, kitchen supplies and was a short walk to beach access. The neighborhood was very nice and we felt very safe to take family walks in the evenings.

A perfect spot for enjoying the beautiful St Augustine beaches!! Location is ideal, condo feels bigger than it looks in the pictures (and it looks spacious in the pics!), very comfortable, great amenities, and sitting on the deck sipping the morning coffee before the sun is over the roof is the perfect way to start your day. Stan and Laura were very responsive and pleasant to work with. Already talking about returning to St Augustine Beach!

We loved our stay at beach break! The backyard was so peaceful and the beach was close enough to walk to. We rode our bikes to several places in town and enjoyed the local restaurants. Don’t forget to visit the town of St Augustine to check out the local history. It was only a 10 minute drive.

This was our first time using Airbnb and our experience with Tammy was wonderful! Her place was exactly as described with clear instructions for before, during, and after our stay. So many little touches made us feel like we were at a home away from home and we hope to be back to visit next year!

My family had a great vacation at this house. We were 8 adults and 3 children under 10. We love the beach, we surf, and with young children the proximity to the beach was our #1 priority. All other attractions were a short drive away. The bedrooms setup offers flexibility for different families. Geni & Chris were helpful and replied to any questions very quickly.

We had a wonderful week staying at this location. Great location, quiet and safe neighborhood, close walk to the beach with everything needed for fun on the beach. The kitchen supplied all that we needed for our meal preps. It was a pleasure to lounge on the deck and listen to the sounds of the ocean. A great stay.

This was our second trip to Julie’s place and it did not disappoint. We love her place. She is so nice and accommodating. It has all the amenities you need, a nice yard, and so close to the beach. It is low key, not over crowded with lots of space on the beach. It reminds of a beach cottage in a Nicholas Sparks novel. We will be back!!

We looked for a home in a quiet location right on the beach that allows pets. This beachfront home was perfect for our week long stay. We got up every morning for the absolutely beautiful sunrise, visited with our daughter in Daytona during the day and then returned to be on the beach to look at the stars and even saw 2 rocket launches. The private ramp to the beach is only about 20 steps and your feet are in the sand. The neighbors on the road are friendly too. We easily walked to get coffee, breakfast and pick up a pizza and groceries. The pictures listed are spot on, so what you see is what is there. The home has everything including paper products, spices, and cleaning products. I could tell there was a light smokey smell as another renter mentioned, but nothing that would make us not rent again. Miss the view of the sunrise already!

Close to the beach and our favorite taco shop. A1A burrito works! We were able to enjoy the evenings on the porch and walk to the coffee shop and ice cream shop right down the road.

We had another great vacation at Xue's. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, and Xue was amazing as always with helping us out with questions and recommendations and such. We had the best stay at Jody’s home! It was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 2 little ones. A quick walk to the beach and heated pool made for the perfect beach vacation! The home is beautiful.

Ray and Heather’s place was exactly as described. Very clean, in a quiet location and super convenient access to the beach and within walking distance to so many restaurants. We had a great time, felt right at home and will definitely be returning!

Rental was very clean. Had plenty of extras like towels, high quality beach chairs, well stocked kitchen, etc. that made for a great stay. Location was away from overly commercial area which made it quiet and beach entrance was right across the street. Commute to downtown St Augustine was easy.

If you want an ocean view (and a sunrise AND moonrise!) and to be steps away from the beach, this is your place! For me, waking up and seeing the ocean is soothing and sipping coffee on this deck while experiencing the ocean was perfection. Once you are ready to hit the beach, you walk down the stairs and wa-la, there it is! If you forget something, no worries-- your place is only a few minutes away! It was so nice not to have to lug all the beach stuff and then worry about where we'd find a restroom. Nope-- it's all right there at this place! In addition to the beach, there is a pool and many hot tubs. I'm particular about my hot tubs, but this one did not disappoint. They kept it hot enough to relax those sore spots. We did rent a car and the drive to downtown is about 15 minutes and super easy. We Ubered one night and that was easy. I had a few questions for Butch during our stay and he responded immediately. Recycle in town. Butch will send you the link. Grocery is 2 miles away.

We have stayed in Chris' condo for 4 years..enjoyed very stay . condo is equipped with everything you could need or want ...always clean and filled with owner pride...view from balcony is second to none..over these years we have noticed the entire complex has been well maintained..close to St Augustine historic area..they fire the cannons on weekends!..and outlet mall...enjoy eating at seafood kitchen..get the seafood platter for 2! ..good communication and Chris is always quick to respond..thanks Chris for letting us stay in your condo ..or your little piece or paradise...

Great apartment, close to one pool and only 5 min walking to the beach. The complex even has 2 pools one being closer to the beach where we have been mostly alone during our stay. The apartment was extremely clean and the kitchen was well equipped. the apartment is on the street side but we did not hear anything inside, but on the balcony which was fine for us. AC and fans in the living and bedroom. All in all we had an amazing time here!

This place was wonderful. It is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators, so we did have to carry all of our luggage up the stairs. Besides that, it is a straight 15 minute drive to historic St. Augustine. Beach access is also located on the property. The televisions are great and the property has fast internet. We would definitely stay here again.

My family truly had a wonderful stay. The location is great, so close to the beach and pool. The hosts allowed us a very early check in which we were so appreciative of. There was a minor issue upon check-in, but Ron & Nikki were so responsive and got it addressed immediately. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Ron & Nikki!
