It was a great stay, close to campus and with enough space for my daughter to have some of her NMU friends over for games and the hot tub! Quiet neighborhood that is pretty close to everything. There is even a 9 hole disc golf course two blocks away! It is a great find and would definitely recommend. Thanks!

We used the AirBnB for a girls weekend with friends visiting from Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. The house has a great location in a quiet neighborhood close to the downtown and the lake. The house is adorable and very comfortable. Having two bathrooms was very convenient, and the sauna is Yooper-approved! The hosts were responsive and easy to work with. Thanks for the great experience!

The Perfect Marquette Escape Near Sugarloaf
This is a great place located right down the road from Sugarloaf Mountain and a multitude of other beautiful nature spots. The house is right off the road but the road noise isn’t too audible from inside the home. We enjoyed the cozy and clean environment of the home and felt comfortable right away. Connor was super accommodating and let us check in as soon as the cleaners were done. This helped us out so much since we were already in town. I highly recommend staying here!

The Park Street House
Everything we needed in a nice comfy home for ourselves and our dog. Never before have we felt our dog was as welcomed as we were! Lots of thoughtful amenities too. Fenced backyard was super.

Amazing rental with an amazing host. The history of the home is incredibly well preserved while still having all the amenities of a luxury Airbnb. There was plenty of room for my group, and the home was flush with necessities, as well as a great welcome sampler from the brewery a block away. I would rent this again in a heartbeat.

Modern Southside 4 Bedroom 2.5 Bath Home
We found the apartment to be just as described. It's in a lovely, quiet and central area. We could walk to downtown shops and restaurants. There was plenty of space for the four of us. The beds and bedding were comfortable and there was plenty of heat and hot water for our needs. Great place in Marquette.

Bungalow on Hemlock
We stayed during the holidays and brought our pups. Debra's place is pet friendly to the extreme!!! There was a kennel we could use, a water bowl and drip try, canister of treats, an extra least, and a pooper scooper! It was great to be able to travel with the pups and the place worked out great for us. Debra was very responsive when we needed to find some salt due to the icy steps and had some on hand - pet safe nonetheless!

Second Street Victorian with Snowshoes!
We stay at this location once a year for the convenience of getting to NMU campus, restaurants and breweries! The home is beautiful, kitchen has everything you need for cooking, bedrooms are comfortable, wonderfully decorated home and clean!

Upfront House -Walking Distance to everything!
The house was great for our family, two adults and 3 teens, for a long weekend. It was helpful to have the extra space on the back porch to store our skis and would be great if we come back with our bikes in the future. The location was walkable to shops, restaurants and a short drive to NMU campus and downtown. We appreciated the local coffee and Trenary Toast provided. We also greatly appreciate the time and care that was taken to clear the driveway of snow from a blizzard that passed through before our arrival!

Larger, historic home close to everything

Marquette’s Downtown Foursquare
Lovely stay in a comfortable home. Squeaky clean, very responsive host. Charming architecture, woodwork and some lovely furnishings, which gave it loads of character. Tastefully decorated. Well-supplied kitchen - be sure to check the coat closet at side door for more cooking essentials (griddle and large pot). Easy door access and lovely front porch/furniture. Plenty of parking, close to everything g in Marquette. Comfortable beds and loved the ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Quiet neighbors, safe area. One thing to note: our small shih tzu could fit through the slats in the large fenced-in yard, so needed supervision while outside. Wonderful accomodating and attentive host - thanks for the great stay, Eletta!

Cozy home near campus
Sydney was very accommodating and was able to let us check in early last minute due to some travel concerns with the weather. Our daughters played softball at the dome and the location was wonderful! The kitchen had tons of space! There was also even a pack n play in one of the closets, which I was thankful for after forgetting my daughters at home!

All About Marquette
Located on the southern shores of Lake Superior, on Michigan's Upper Peninsula, Marquette is a picturesque port town surrounded by dense coniferous and deciduous forests. The waters of Lake Superior provide several opportunities for recreational activities like surfing, kayaking, swimming, and lounging among the area's many soft sandy beaches. In addition, the nearby hills and nature reserves host hiking and mountain biking trails along with ski runs and tubing in the winter months.
As Michigan's largest city on the peninsula, home to Northern Michigan University, Marquette is a spirited college town with plenty of cultural offerings to keep you busy. You’ll also discover several craft breweries and restaurants nestled alongside Gothic and Romanesque-style historic buildings, including the Marquette Maritime Museum showcasing the area’s nautical heritage. Spending an evening on a restaurant patio while checking out the dancing Aurora Borealis lights makes for a wonderful outing in this vibrant, outdoorsy town.
