We had nothing but a positive experience. Apartment was as described and we would not hesitate to stay again.

Samantha gave amazing instructions on checking in and checking out. The place was easy to find and I liked that there was a private parking lot. It was also close enough to the convention center to take an Uber relatively cheap and still get there pretty quick. I would definitely stay again.

The place was beautiful and clean! really good stay for the price! The neighborhood was safe and people were walking around on that beautiful day!

Marc is a terrific host! He provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, and we immediately felt at home. The house is located within walking distance to many amazing restaurants - we never had a bad meal! Everything was exactly as described, and the accommodations were perfect for our trip to Fort Wayne. Additionally, Marc went above and beyond to help us out. His response time to questions is phenomenally quick. Can't wait to return to Fort Wayne and will definitely book with Marc again!

Located across the street from the IWU campus is a perfect location for this rental. Parking on the street 10 yards from the door was very convenient for unloading/loading the car. The apartment is on the ground level and is very spacious. The host instructions were very clear and the host responded immediately to my question with text and phone call at 10:30 at night. I would highly recommend this place for a weekend stay or campus visit. Very clean and well maintained property. I cant recommend this place enough. It was perfect for what I needed. Thank you!

After researching where to stay during our quick friends' trip to Indianapolis, we decided to find a place in Broad Ripple. We wanted to be in a good neighborhood with places to eat, drink, & shop nearby. Daniel's place was in this area, so we chose it. What a great surprise to be within 5 minutes of walking to all we were looking for! We went for BBQ & then a few pubs the first night. The next day we walked around again to shop & eat. The pictures of the house don't do it justice. Its much cuter in person. The beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. Very clean kitchen. Sizable couches to relax on & talk with friends. Nice variety of coffees to choose from (but the Keurig was kind of tricky to figure out). I'd definitely stay at Daniel's place again.

This was our second time we have stayed at one of Ryan's properties. His properties are beautiful you can see that from the photos. Our stay was so relaxing and enjoyable exactly what we all needed. This place was a great find—very clean and exactly like the pictures and description. It’s in a convenient location, close to a store and several restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the TV had access to all the shows and movies we wanted. Overall, it was a great value for the price and a comfortable stay. The only downside was the dog kennel next door. We could hear dogs barking early in the morning from both the living room and master bedroom, which might be an issue for light sleepers. However, the second bedroom was much quieter and didn’t pick up the noise, so that may be a better option for sleeping in. Still, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated how well-kept and thoughtfully stocked the place was.

Visited to see a show at The Embassy, and this home served us well. Numerous food options next door at Electric Works, and The Embassy was less than a mile away. A very easy walk or drive. The home was spotless & the instructions on how to access the property were prompt and clear. Highly recommended!

Nice and close to Ball State. Bed was cozy. Coffee available. Kitchen is well equipped if you wanted to cook. Living room spacious and comfy. Good water pressure in shower. Clear instructions. Have stayed before and would definitely stay again.

Cheryl’s place was perfect for what I needed. Was in Indiana for a graduation and wasn’t at the place much but when I was it was very comfortable. Couldn’t beat the price, I would recommend it.

Perfect place to stay for a few days in Carmel. Very clean. Had everything that we needed. Will stay again if we are back in town.

Overall, the stay was great. parking was good but tricky if you have a bigger auto. Window curtains are very see through. Other than that, I really felt at home in this rental. I would stay again.

Came down for FDIC, the location was perfect and the host was great.

We had a wonderful visit to Indianapolis, while staying in Terri's home. We enjoyed the comfortable feeling Terri's home provided us. Especially enjoyed the morning coffee she supplied and creamers. We are looking forward to visiting again and hope Terri's place will be available. We also enjoyed her home because of the location, walkable option from Lucas Stadium and the Conference Center. Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!

Definitely recommend! Rod was very welcoming and responsive. The condo was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Definitely recommend if you are needing a place to stay in New Castle!
