Monthly Rentals in Marcus

Had a great stay! Location was perfect for visiting a NWC student. He was able to pop in between classes and practices. House was adorable! Warm and cozy! Bed was VERY comfortable and everything we needed was there to make a home cooked meal for our son and his friends. Will definitely e staying again.

Abby was such a great host. She was able to extend my stay at the last minute when I needed and and has always taken the time to answer any questions I've had before and during my stay. I appreciate all she's done for me!

This was the 3rd time we've stayed at The Sanctuary in the past 2 years. It's comfortable and welcoming. The linens are outstanding and offer a great night's sleep. Marcus is an Iowa small town where you feel safe and welcomed. Jeff's Grocery Store although smaller than a Super Walmart has an amazing selection of items to pick from. You'd have to be pretty picky to not find what you need there. The place is very well stocked with kitchen ware and utensils. As I said, we've stay there 3 times and plan to stay many more in the future (if it's available - if you find an open time slot you better grab it!)

There isn’t a finer house in town. It was amazing. So much character, so many amenities and our hosts were attentive simply amazing. This space accommodated my group and every person who came had nothing but complimentary words for the whole place. Thank you!
