Maple Lake fishing places to stay

Steven's place on the Lake is a hidden gem in a suburb of Minneapolis. The yards in the neighborhood are all 1 acres and on a dead end street which provided extra privacy. Even tough he lives upstairs I never really heard him. We really enjoyed all of the water foul! There are 2 beautiful swans,geese,ducks and sea gulls The patio has a table and a rocking bench. There is a dock that can be accessed by walking down stairs. Steven has literally though of everything you might need for your stay from spices to toiletries to charging ports. Communication was perfect. The shower has great water pressure and the kitchen area doubles as the laundry room. I felt like I was back in the 50s as far as how the decor goes. Keep your eyes open for lots of cool things! The only down side is a musty smell that is most noticeable upon entering.

We are living in a very small house while we build a house. We did not have room to have our five children and families to celebrate Christmas. Although it was a very unique Christmas for us, it could not have been a better experience while we wait for our home to be done. We have a one year old grandson and wondered if we needed to bring all the stuff for him. They literally had it all, crib, highchair, toys - made our stay easier and we had one happy little boy! Antoine was great to work with. Our family had a great time and we thank Antoine for sharing his home and make everything run smoothly.

This was the perfect weekend getaway with friends! It was easy to find and check-in, plus there are restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Joshua was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had. Definitely worth coming back to for another trip!

Rachel’s place was amazing. My family had a great time, there was plenty of space for all of us. It was a quiet neighborhood and felt very peaceful. We will be definitely coming back.

We had the most magical stay at this home! The house itself was absolutely stunning—beautifully decorated, cozy, and everything we could have hoped for to make our holiday perfect. The hosts went above and beyond to make it feel like Christmas. They even left personalized stockings for our kids filled with thoughtful little gifts, which absolutely delighted them! It was such a heartwarming and unexpected touch that made our stay truly special. Thank you for helping us create unforgettable memories. We can’t wait to come back!

Katie and Kurt have a beautiful home! The neighborhood is great, with lots of food options nearby and very walkable. The back deck is so relaxing with great tree coverage. Katie and Kurt were extremely accommodating and fast to respond to messages.

I wish I could give 10 stars. Super clean and fresh, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, plenty of available places to store our things, several outdoor seating spaces, beautiful view. A couple of minor issues that needed attention were handled and fixed right away. Questions were answered quickly. Our group was several adults and there were plenty of spaces so we could either be on our own or together. An amazing week and we’ve booked for next year.

Place was very appealing, a little nicer than the photos appeared. Parking can be tricky, but host was very clear with instructions in check-in email. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

This was our second stay and just like last time, it was perfect for our family. Beds for our kids downstairs, a room for us upstairs and a gorgeous view of the lake frozen over. Lovely to sit by the fire and enjoy!

The property met our needs perfectly. The house was clean and easily accessible when we arrived. Fern and Daniel were extremely helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommended this property and would stay here again!

Absolutely loved our fall getaway at the cottage! Beautiful park and boardwalk paths to walk the dog around. We rented the pontoon and other toys to enjoy boat rides, fishing, and canoe trips to the island. And loved having fires by the lake at night, Was the perfect spot for a weekend away with the family before winter arrives!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. Absolutely beautiful scenery and very very clean. Had all the amenities and then some. I have stayed in many Airbnbs and Kim was by far thee best host I have ever had. Thank you so much for the amazing stay, I’ll be back!!!!! 🤗

Absolutely beautiful home! The house is beautifully furnished and is stocked with all the necessities. The view of the lake is the highlight. Steve and Kama were available for any needs and were easy to work with. Looking forward to staying again!

Super clean, BEAUTIFUL place. We had a total of 8 people stay here, one being a toddler, and two dogs. This place was PERFECT for a family weekend. I would absolutely recommend this spot for anyone.

Very cozy and charming home. Plenty of room to hang out together but also areas for some solitude when needed. Close to all the family we came to visit. One of the nicest properties we've stayed at.

Gorgeous home! The view was breathtaking! waking up to a view of the beautiful Mississippi, there really is not anything much better than that! Was so peaceful. Definitely a more comfortable stay with fewer people. Sharon was a GREAT host! She shared information and detail before I would have to ask and was very proactive. She was also so flexible and kind. Highly recommend this host and location!

We had a wonderful stay! We felt right at home. Everything was clean, well stocked and easy to find. The little details, like the s’mores kit and firewood, put this place over the top! The kids enjoyed the game room and the adults enjoyed coffee on the deck. We will definitely book again in the future!

Great place to relax and catch up with friends off the beaten path. There are multiple large living rooms to gather and play cards or just hang out, and though it was a too late in the season for us to use it there is also a lovely deck off of the kitchen. The Wi Fi was also fast enough for my wife and I to be able to get some work done. Overall a great spot to get away from the hustle and bustle!

I really enjoyed my stay at Jessie’s place. It was cute and cozy and in a really great location!

Shawn was the most gracious host and his home was very comfortable. Although I didn’t stay long, it was just perfect.
