We had a fantastic time at Sergiy's property! This venue offers privacy with a great pool & outdoor facilities. It's only a ten minute drive to the Siesta Beach area. Sergiy was an excellent host, always quick to respond on our questions while being totally unobtrusive. We highly recommend this property.

We stayed here for three months and felt completely at home. The house has everything you need, from bedding, towels, large screen TVs, and all the gear you need to have a memorable day at the beach. The pool is large, and the pool area was my all-time favorite. It’s spacious, quiet, and private, with views of various birds, marsh rabbits, and an occasional gator sighting in the distance. The host, Daniel, answered our questions when we checked in, was easy to reach, and was quick to respond. The location is close to various beaches, parks, restaurants, stores, and fun shopping in Historic Downtown Venice. We were even able to catch a few baseball games during Spring training. My one complaint is that leaving after such a wonderfully relaxing stay is difficult.

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay at Jay's place in Nokomis. Super convenient and a beautiful home situated in a perfect spot in the gated community. We took full advantage of the beach equipment: chairs/wagon/cooler/umbrellas, etc. and made daily trips to Nokomis, Venice and Siesta key beaches (all super convenient). Typically we'd spend half the day at the beach and half at the rental/pool. Traeger grill and upscale bath products were nice touches. Everything worked as described and Jay was super great to work with. The community was full of nice people (we even got an impromptu pickle ball lesson) and everyone was laid back. Overall, a great escape from mud season in New England. I'd prefer this place to a five star hotel. Will definitely be back!

Apartment is brand new, extremely clean, nicely furnished, very comfortable, masterfully appointed, and nicely laid out with great space. The screen porch is cozy off the back and overlooks a lovely back yard and waterway. Neighborhood is as expected of rotonda west post hurricane.

We’ve stayed at different places last 3 years and we thought this place was the nicest. It was spotless, nicely furnished and the pool was clean and a great temperature. The hosts left us a nice large basket of fruit, chocolate and a bottle of champagne. Very nice touch on check-in. The fishing was good. I caught a 4ft nurse shark, 3 sting rays and about 35 catfish that put up a nice fight. While I fished my family swam in the pool and soaked up the sun. Night time hot tub was awesome. The only thing bad was actually having to leave. Thanks for a memorable vacation.

Good option for a last minute trip. Joel was very kind and accommodating. He communicated very well and responded extremely quickly. Gave thorough instructions and was very helpful. The house is pretty small but fine for a couple or two friends. A little pricy for the location and house (just a bit dated) but not too bad! We went to South Brohard and Manasota Key Beach and each one was like a 10-20 min drive depending on traffic. We enjoyed our time!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Delroy’s house. It was brand new and was extremely clean. It was bright and beautifully decorated. The office space was fantastic. We really liked the neighborhood. It was quiet and walkable. We really enjoyed sitting outside under the covered lanai watching the wildlife in the canal. Delroy was also very responsive. We highly recommend and would love to come back next year.

We can't say enough good things about our stay at Troy's property. Everything was perfect. The place was clean and nicely decorated. The pool was immaculate and heated! The book of instructions had all the information we needed. Troy always responded promptly to our messages. We definitely will book a stay again for a longer period of time in the future!

Dolphin Cottage was remarkably clean and the decor was beautiful. It looks like the house had been completely renovated. Everything (carpets, bathrooms, furniture, etc) seemed brand new and tastefully done. The sheets smelled great! The location of the house was very convenient to all major stores, and loads of restaurants. It was a short drive to downtown Venice and beaches. The screened in porch was a perfect way to start the day with a cup of coffee, and end it with a glass of wine, enjoying the sunset and view of the pond and wildlife. I would highly recommend!

I had a most amazing family trip at Pamela’s house. Not only was everything in pristine condition, but it was exactly what I had hoped for in every way. Endless amenities; close access to the beach, the dock was serene and lovely, we enjoyed the hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, pool, hammocks, ping pong. There was nothing I could ask to be different or change and Pamela was so easy to work with as a hostess.

Ronnie’s house was awesome! We brought our boat over and it was just a quick ride to open water. The kids loved the pool when we went in the boat. House was spotless and very nice! Ronnie was very quick to answer and checked on us every day during the stay. Don’t hesitate on booking. You will be happy you did!

We loved staying at this home! The location was perfect for our needs. It was an extremely easy walk to the restaurants and the beach. It was even manageable for our 5 year old who loved the walks. Waking up and having a morning coffee looking out over Lyons Bay was so peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Jared’s house is ideal for a people who like to go to the beach. It had all the beach gear and is about 10 minutes from Venice and Nakomis beaches. The neighborhood is quiet and the sunset view is the best! The couches are great for movie night—super spacious and comfy! Definitely recommend.

If I could give 6 stars out of 5, I would! Ed’s place was excellent for a lovely, comfortable and relaxing vacation. Everything is well set up and the house has everything you may need - from sipping morning coffee by the pool to having a nice relaxed breakfast or grill dinner, on occasional night in. Ed had everything you may need for a chill afternoon on the beach too. He was also very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend the house and the gracious hosts.

Bea’s place was nice and accommodating. The condo was clean, just as described, and stocked with supplies, except extra toilet paper. Bea was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The pool is ok and clean, but the area is nothing fancy. If you are seeking a clean, safe place for a getaway, this place is great!

The most relaxing vacation my family has had in a long time! Everything was very clean, well decorated, and had all that we needed. The beach chairs and umbrella came in handy and my daughters loved the scooters. A nice, quiet location with great privacy, yet a short walk to turtle beach. Would highly recommend!!!

My fiancé, our 1 year old and I stayed here for the weekend and it was absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back. There were kayaks and canoes to take into the river which was fun and free roaming farm animals. I was happy to see the Airbnb was spotless. We felt right at home immediately!
