We had many problems with guests making noise and upsetting the neighbours. NO PARTIES. NO NOISE AFTER 10.30pm. NO SMOKING INSIDE. This will incur in guests being evicted from the apartment, no matter what time it is Only 2 people can use lift at a time. A beautiful penthouse apartment situated in the historic center of Madrid. Penthouse in Plaza Mayor with terrace and views

My son Alvaro, my daugther Helena and me host this apartment, which is plenty of light, charming and it is furnished with vintage style. It is a two bedrooms place for three, up to four guests. If you are four, please, ask us for disposal. The apartement is full equipped: heating, air conditioning, bed clothes, towels, 80 tv, channels, internet by optical fiber, fast wifi, etc. It is quite cheery, close to bustle of the daily life of Madrid, but very comfortable and silent.

Modern penthouse in the heart of Madrid recently renovated and furnished. Located in Chueca neighborhood, 1 minute walk from the Chueca metro station and 7 minutes walk from Gran Via and Tribunal. Quiet street but at the same time has many restaurants, bars and shops close by. It has two terraces (an outdoor one and a glazed one) and a totally equipped kitchen.
