It is on the fourth floor without an elevator, comfortable staircase to go up your bags, we can help you!!! We make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible, we are always in touch with you for whatever you need. The accommodation comes with everything you need for your stay, from bedding and towels, to a full breakfast and a welcome gift! The double bed with excellent mattress to make your rest as pleasant as possible!! We also have a sofa bed for an extra person. Our apartment is designed for you to visit all of Madrid on foot and at the end of your day, you can rest in a place with every detail. We have special prices for stays of 1 month. Charming (perfectly situated) apartment

The apartment is perfectly located(5 minutes walking to Plaza de Callao, Plaza de España and Gran Via)and has all amenities like restaurants, shopping and attractions(eg Sol, Prado Museum, Royal Palace, Temple de debod).Everything within a 10-25 min walking distance. For the lasy ;-) we offer various subway/bus stations within 3-10 min walking distanc. There are 2 supermarkets just below. The studio, perfect for 2 people, is located in a 19th century Historic building in the same Puerta del Sol. It has a elevator, doorman and a large outdoor balcony. It is located next to Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real, Almudena Cathedral and just minutes from the three museums: Prado, Reina Sofia, Thyssen Bornemisza and Mercado de San Miguel. The apartment is in an area restricted to traffic, only for the use of residents, so there is no noise and you can enjoy a pleasant sleep.
