Monthly Rentals in Maasholm

We had a wonderful stay at Haus Alva! The house is in a very quiet environment, perfect for relaxing, and the Baltic Sea is just a stone's throw away. Everything was exactly as described – clean, well maintained and furnished with a lot of love for detail. It is also super cozy, so you feel at home from the first moment. You immediately notice that Birte and Ralf go to great lengths to make their guests have a pleasant stay. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The check-in was super straightforward and very friendly. We were warmly welcomed by Stefan and he explained and showed us everything directly. The place was very cozy and we lacked nothing. We wanted a place to rest, to switch off and also got exactly this place. The view was beautiful, the surroundings wonderfully cozy and relaxing. We highly recommend the place! We felt right at home. The reception by Pia (although we were there a little earlier), the furnishings are done with a lot of love for detail and very valuable. If you want to enjoy some peace and nature, this place is perfect! And the beautiful apartment definitely contributes to the relaxation. Thanks to Pia!

We felt very comfortable. The amenities are optimal. In the middle of a small fishing village. Small supermarket, restaurant and snack bar just around the corner. Nothing was missing, except a storage space for the bicycles.
