We had a great stay at Kristel’s place. It’s a cozy, inviting space with cute decor. The location is great with a pub around the corner, Mornington 5 mins away, the beach at the end of the street and yet is very peaceful. Everything was sparkling clean and comfortable. The little selection of kids toys and books were a huge hit for our boys. I would highly recommend Kristel’s place to anyone looking to stay in Mt Martha.

This is a little slice of heaven in one of the most idyllic corners of Australia. The views are incredible, you’re a short walk to a great little pub and the sound of the ocean puts you to sleep… what more could you want?! This is the perfect beach house and we will definitely be back!

David’s place was amazing, from the moment we drove into the driveway we would see that it was of very high quality and in a lovely quiet location. The house was immaculate and fitted with high end fittings and appliances. David was quick with all responses to my questions and very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying at David’s place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Peter and Deb's lovely unit. It was modern, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean and comfortable. The neat kitchen had everything I needed. Peter was very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. We really appreciated the access to Wifi, TV, Netflix, and more. The location was a reasonable distance from the beach. Just a heads-up that it's on a hill with a very steep driveway, but parking down near the road was easy. The big garden view was a real bonus! I can definitely recommend Peter and Deb's place to others. Thanks for a great stay"

Stayed for a night, John was so nice and friendly and so was Indy! though the room was small, it was definitely cozy and our furbaby enjoyed our stay as well. Location was superb being close to the beach and trails and many other activities to do.

We had a great time. Penny is a great host and the place is great for exploring the peninsula. The location is perfect, only minutes walk to all the amenities including a local library, cinema, various shops and lovely beaches. Our puppy loved going to the beach and played in the water. Penny’s place is great value for money. The people in town were just so friendly to us. I highly recommend Penny’s place.

Highly recommend staying at Jules place! We felt very welcomed and comfortable. Jules is very easy to communicate with and goes above and beyond! Very clean house, comfortable bed & had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Great location and very quiet area. We will definitely be staying at Jules’ again. Thanks heaps 🙂

Honestly our best Air BnB experience to date. Fantastic property, with fantastic hosts. Our family of 6 had plenty of space and plenty to do! I would stay here again without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious and comfortable and Karen and Cameron provided lots of personal touches that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect and the pool was lovely. Fantastic accomodation for adults, kids and pets.

Greg and Maree’s place was exactly what me and my friends were looking for. A good price being right by the beach and with a pool. Greg and Maree were so helpful and responsive and kind. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing weekend away.

Another amazing stay at Marnie’s lovely beach home. Marnie is an excellent host, the check-in process is a breeze and communication is timely and effective. Location is so handy and my family and I always feel at home there. Will be back!

Saltwater Villa exceeded our expectations in so many areas. It has lots of living spaces, good sized bedrooms and nice bathrooms. The house is a classic example of art deco architecture and is furnished sympathetically with lovely inclusions. We were a group of 7 and everyone loved the house. Tamara is very responsive. I am hoping we will return one day.

We absolutely loved our stay! We were looking for a relaxing holiday where we could quickly unwind, and the house and surrounds did not disappoint. Having both the beach and pool was perfect for our family, and we especially enjoyed that we didn’t feel the need to leave the property to entertain ourselves. The house had plenty of space for everyone, so we could each enjoy some quiet time when needed. Overall, this has been one of our most enjoyable stays. Thank you!

Thank you Kris and Jon for an amazing stay! I’ve been using Airbnb for over 8 years now and these guys are the best hosts I’ve come across! The house itself is beautiful and just as described, it was stocked with everything you could think of (extra towels, toilet paper, proper coffee machine, pots, pans, everything!) and Kris and Jon let you feel right at home. The heated pool was a bonus and the yard space and BBQ was perfect for our 2 families with 2 small kids. Kris was very response in the lead up to our trip with any questions I had and even had left us a hand written note with a full booklet on how to use everything in the house along with recommendations. The house is in a perfect location with access to great cafes and the beach. Could not rate the house or these guys any more highly, we will be back and thank you for such a wonderful stay :) Shamani

Tony’s place was very spacious so there was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The place was clean and had fresh linen on all of the beds. It’s only a short walk to the beach which was great.

We had a great stay at this house. Very close to the beach and many walking tracks. We would book this house again.

Beautifully presented home with a great communal space for a group of 9-10 guests (if some are okay with bed sharing). Hosts have included everything you need for a comfortable AirBNB stay. Very clean and modern aesthetic that promotes a sense of calm and relaxation. Walking distance to the beach (note uphill walk to Air bnb on return), local cafes and Arthurs Seat National Park. Hosts are generally pretty responsive to queries and resolved an issue we had on arrival with lack of bedding and towels for one guest in a timely manner. There wasn't a great deal of space for luggage for 4 women in room with x2 bunk beds but other rooms were very spacious. Downstairs couch/lounge area can be converted into a bedroom but note also in walkway to front door front door so this may not suit a light sleeper. Highly recommend this lux place for your next girls weekend or family holiday.

We loved our stay at Maree's. Our toddler especially loved the pool which was the perfect temperature, not too cold. Everyone loved the retro arcade machine. The place is very private with a beautiful garden, and lovely tall fences for maximum privacy. It would really suit two couples travelling together as a place to chill. Maree is very responsive and helpful with recommendations of what to do locally.

This is a beautiful home with unparalleled peace and calm; a lifetime could pass sitting quietly and watching sunsets over the ocean… :) Mark was an incredibly kind, responsive and gracious host. Thanks for all.

A great beach getaway in the perfect secluded location. Close to Anglesea but not too close to deal with the busy crowds. Amazing beach location and house has every amenity you could need and wish for. The spa and log fireplace was a special!

My extended family had a perfect weekend at Tyrone Tides. Kristie was very responsive and helpful. The house is very functional for a large families, comprising a great sized open plan kitchen, lounge room and dining room. Four good sized adult bedrooms, a kids bedroom and a dedicated games room, and to top it all off, it is a very easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay so much we have already rebooked for another stay. Thanks Kristie!
