The house was extremely clean, which is very important to us. It’s one of the best houses we’ve ever stayed at. Thank you for taking such good care of your property, it truly shows!

My family had a great stay at this location over the holiday. There is plenty of space to sleep a large group, and the place was clean and tidy. They were also very responsive, even reaching out on Christmas Eve to answer a small question we had on check in!

Kyle’s place was able to accommodate our large group. The house was easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood. Kyle was very responsive, easy check in and check out! I would definitely recommend.

Lovely accommodations for a bigger group with enough room to not be too close if you didn't want to be. The fireplace and windows everywhere were great additions. I wish it had been warm enough for us to enjoy the beautiful back deck. Young adults enjoyed the pool table and basement area and be spread out a bit from the older generation. Furniture was functional and comfortable. I wish the dining room table had been a bit larger for our group since we were there on a holiday, but there was plenty of room with the massive kitchen island/seating. Also plenty of pots/pans/dishes for those who are utilizing the kitchen.

This home was perfect for our large, multigenerational family with lots to do in the home and locally. It was only 30 minutes from the airport and downtown Denver. Great value and great home!

Mark’s home was absolutely beautiful! The place was spacious, very clean, beds were super comfy, kitchen was well stocked with all you would need, and in a lovely and peaceful area. Mark was very helpful and quickly responded to all our questions and needs, a great host we greatly appreciated. The garage was an absolute plus given the very snowy weather we had that week. Such a great experience and strongly recommend.

We were very impressed staying here. Everything was very clean and the backyard is easily twice the size of what the pictures show. Angel was a fabulous host and we are very satisfied with our stay here. Would highly recommend!!

Philip's place was just what the dr ordered. the location was great. The lake was great. All of it was great. It's a walk out basement but it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Definitely planning on booking this spot again.

This place was incredible! Karen was always proactive with information and when we had questions she responded within minutes. The house was very clean and so spacious. Excellent value for the price. Could not recommend any higher! The next time we come to Denver, we will definitely stay here.

Simone’s place is a restful retreat in a wonderful neighborhood. It was exactly as described. Well appointed, very clean -a quiet place to stay within city limits. We loved everything about it don’t hesitate to book Simone’s place. I will definitely return to this lovely home away from home on future visits to Denver. Great home away from home. Very welcoming, spacious yet cozy. Quick drive to anything we had planned. Home was very clean and every provided the little things you sometimes forget about.

We loved staying at this spacious and very clean home. The house does face a busy street in its neighborhood, but it’s so close to all the shops and restaurants in Olde Towne that the convenience just couldn’t be beat. Brad was a very responsive host. We found the bedroom a little brighter than we’re used to at night (light leak from safety light outside) and he was kind enough to work with us on a compromise that helped us sleep better. Highly recommend this home and host!

Our stay here was SO amazing. Summer was so helpful and responded SO quickly, . This home was perfect for a cousin gathering we had, there was so much space and the yard and fire pit was absolutely amazing. My family gave so many compliments that it isn't often that you find a home that has bedroom space as well as the perfect amount of space living room and kitchen wise. The backyard was BEAUTIFUL as well. I really could not have asked for a more perfect home for our family gathering.

Samuel’s place was perfect for us for our weekend getaway. House was clean and accommodating. Hot tub was wonderful after a surprise snowstorm. Kitchen was perfect for our needs. House instructions were clear and Samuel was very communicative.

Susan’s home is perfectly located just blocks from Pearl street which has lots of shopping, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The home was beautifully decorated and super cozy. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to cook a nice meal and there were random ingredients that were available left from previous guests. The beds were comfortable as was lounging on the couch. Great place to stay in Boulder. I Would definitely recommend.

House well arranged with all that you need. Clean and neat. Easy to access. Well located. Rob is a very responsive host. Would stay there again if another opportunity arises.

The best part about Jeffrey‘s place was it’s location and accessibility to the surrounding areas. I’ve lived all over the world and Jeffrey’s area is a little rough around the edges, but I felt safe to walk around at night by myself as a woman. I appreciate his proactive approach to conserving energy as well… He was a lovely host!

Great location, walking distance to old town Arvada. Quiet treed neighborhood. Charming rustic older house with modern amenities. Beautiful private back yard and added plus having a backyard studio/office space. Loved having the coffee bar! Very comfortable mattresses and bedding. So many little details like luggage racks, night lights, Netflix, & Nespresso machine. Very responsive hosts. We enjoyed our stay!

We had an unexpected forced vacation due to Water damage in our home, our family had to move out while the floors were being redone. Heather and Chip’s North. Boulder location is walking distance to the foothills where you can hike, ride bikes, and walk to coffee shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and clean. Their home is spacious and loaded with high end amenities with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. It ended up being the best scenario for our family! We’re so glad it worked out and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a North Boulder getaway!
