Monthly Rentals in Litchfield by the Sea

Kevin and Rachel are fantastic hosts. Very communicative and proactive in making sure you have a great stay. The unit was clean, spacious enough for my group (five people) and had the best view on True Blue I’ve had had so far. Would definitely rebook with them!

We enjoyed our stay at Summerhouse! Amanda was very helpful with any questions we had and offered flexible check-in and check-out times which was appreciated. The condo is compact, but comfortable. The pool area behind Summerhouse was very quiet when we visited as it was apparently low season. The pools were "refreshing", but the hot tub was very hot! We used the new pickleball courts in the complex. They were great, but again, very quiet (possibly due to the time of year). We enjoyed the location and could walk to a few restaurants and the grocery store.

No issues with this stay! I appreciate the owner being proactive by sending all instructions ahead of time. Beds were comfortable, space was clean. Appreciated the keurig and all extra amenities provided! Forgot the aloe and bar soap.. it was there to use! Trash bags and paper towels were provided, which was great. Left my swimsuit in the closet and the owner is shipping it back to me! Very grateful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer! Sarah was a great host with communication and their place was very relaxing - especially the patio with lake view! My husband and I enjoyed taking in all of the cute shops Pawley Island has to offer and enjoyed wonderful meals at Quigley’s, Local, Whiskey Moon & Cafe, and Rustic Table. The restaurant and bar directly beside Summerhouse is currently undergoing some repairs and remodeling, so those weren’t open while we were there. They looked like great spots to enjoy on a future visit, though!
