Quiet and private location. It was perfect for our family! Bill provided insight to the area and sites to see. Bill was friendly and the house was set up perfect including a washer and dryer which came in handy! Bill let us borrow his high chair for our daughter. The area is beautiful and we can’t wait to be back!

This particular property is always my first choice when available while we travel to lavonia to work! Everything from the spaciousness, to they even make sure to set out a food and water bowls set for the dog! Which for me is one of the coolest and most thoughtful aspects of this property! I can’t think of one bad thing to say about this place and the host! Again, ALWAYS my first choice if available

It became a home away from home for my wife and I. Beautiful location, nicely tucked away from the crowded roads and set in a very private area on the lake. Full access to good food and groceries just down the road (city ofLavonia.) its very peaceful and relaxing. Thank you to the hosts for their amazing responsiveness and very well maintained and beautiful home. They put in the effort in making this home a convenient, cozy, relaxing accommodation with no hassles. This location is now one of our favorite go to vacation spots. worth every moment.

Christine as a host makes our stay just perfect each time. We love the little cottage with lake view, beautiful trees, peaceful surroundings and on many occasions passing deer. Christine goes over and beyond to make us feel right at home. Squeaky clean, comfortable bed, and fully stocked kitchen!
