Monthly Rentals in Las Vegas Strip

This spot is great for exploring the strip by foot and is a very safe area. We were able to walk to most of the places easily and it made a big difference on our stay. The apartment complex itself is very well set up for security, pools, and fitness center. The internet was overall great for two people to work from home with minimal internet issues. We encountered cleanliness issue (mainly related to the previous guest's laundry left in the apartment unwashed) which the host clarified was due to their regular cleaning person not being there before our turn. The hosts were responsive and respectful throughout our stay.

This unit is incredibly Peaceful & Relaxing! Lots of light & the building amenities are Fabulous! I will definitely stay Again in the Future!! Host is VERY Responsive with Needs A+++

The apartment was absolutely perfect! I loved the month I stayed at the MGM Suites. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very quiet which I didn’t expect. Owners super responsive had everything I needed. The amenities at the MGM are also a huge bonus. I used the gym and pool almost every day. Great stay will definitely return
