Beautiful location and the apartment was everything we needed

I stayed for 8 weeks during European winter. This place became my second home and it felt like that right from the start! It’s super cozy and it really was like a friend had given me the keys to his beloved home. All clean and lovely decorated. Location is also a 10/10! It’s right in the bustling city so of course it’s not 24/7 tranquil. But for me that was totally fine and would be the case for any other apartment in Las Palmas as well. The beach promenade is literally 1 min away, lots of restaurants around, shops & gyms in walking distance, the beach… - what more can you ask for? I would definitely book again!

Very nice apartment, in a calm and relaxing area. It is an apartment with many tools available especially in the kitchen. The view of the sea is truly fantastic and relaxing. There is a supermarket and restaurants nearby. Ana is very helpful and responds quickly.

Everything is great! The apartment was very clean and as shown in the pictures. equipped with gel towels and everything you need. Flexible arrival, in addition, upon check-out, he left us some extra time. Highly recommended!

A really enjoyable stay. The location is excellent and the beautiful beach and promenade are on the doorstep. Equally, there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and local shopping places all within easy reach. Fernando was a most excellent host and he also provided great ideas for things to do. We particularly liked that he arranged for an airport transfer to/from the apartment for small and very reasonable fee. Not sure if he will be doing this in the future, but we would highly recommend he does because it's a great touch. The apartment itself was spotless and exactly as shown in the pictures. The balcony is a wonderful feature and allowed us the privacy we were looking for. Fernando remained on hand throughout our stay and responded quickly to a few queries that we had. Overall, we would highly recommend this apartment and the hosts. An excellent experience!

Paulus Taubenschlag is a special apartment that scores points for its immediate proximity to the Atlantic Ocean with its wild beaches. The sea with its sounds is always present. The large balcony is in the sun almost all day. The beach is hardly suitable for swimming. The studio apartment corresponds to the description, but is getting on in years and needs some renovation in one place or another. I still felt very comfortable for 2 weeks. Paula is an attentive host who is quick to respond. There is a small shop within walking distance. To buy seafood or to have a larger selection, I like to go to Carrefour. You can park there for free for 3 hours. To visit Las Palmas, the parking Intermodal el Rincon (next to Carrefour) is well suited. There you can park all day for 3 euros (including 2 bus tickets)

The home is even more beautiful and spacious in person than in the photos online. Gorgeous view of the sea and the castle from the entire front room, as well as all necessary amenities included. Carlos was super helpful and responsive and our stay in Canary was incredible!

100% recommended, the area was very quiet , ideal to come and relax and enjoy the island , all very well connected and communicative, the pool and incredible terrace, more than the rooms the kitchen etc… we will repeat for sure !!

Lovely house with a beautiful view of the sea. The house was clean and has all the facilities including a heated pool. The contact with Jose was very pleasant and fast. Even when we were forced to change the date of our stay at the last minute. Thanks again for this.

From the first moment, Patricia was very friendly and helpful, which made us feel very well received. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Basically everything as described, the amenities are no longer brand new, but everything very clean, good internet. San Felipe is quite small and is in a cul-de-sac, a car is a great advantage. The apartment is in an apartment building on a small promenade, just behind the ocean. Most strong waves, accordingly quite loud, but great views from the terrace and bedroom! The area is popular with surfers, less suitable for swimmer (a natural swimming pool is about 2 km away). Very good communication, I liked it, thank you Ivan!

This was a very spacious one bedroom apartment with every amenity you could wish for and more. Quality appliances and gadgets. The location is fantastic- right on the beach- with a large private terrace. The staff are friendly and helpful. But we didn’t think it was properly cleaned. It wasn’t dirty as such, but it certainly wasn’t spotless, which spoiled it a bit for us. But we definitely enjoyed the spaciousness and the location. And a definite thumbs up for helpful staff.

We had a wonderful few nights here. We were a family of six. There was plenty of space, we could have easily had a few more. Salt water swimming pool was great. The house is located 10 meters from the sea, so you can hear it at night, and has a high wall surrounding the home so it is protected from the winds. The house has many windows and doors that open to the exterior so there is always fresh air, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the needed cookware to prepare feasts for many. The Noon check in and check out time was also very nice for our travel plans. We will definitely be back if we have a chance!

Absolutely lovely villa and stay. Vidal was a very accommodating host and was available to answer any questions straight away and provided us with lots of recommendations for our trip. The pool is absolutely amazing and the house and kitchen is incredibly well equipped for a weeks stay. Highly recommended

The apartment has a very interesting architecture - on one side there is a quiet, peaceful street, on the other side of the apartment is the constantly rolling Atlantic Ocean. Although we had mostly cloudy and windy weather during our stay, we had wonderful breakfasts and dinners on the terrace overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, it was never cold. The location of the apartment is very good, on sunny days you can spend them on the beach which is just a few steps away from the apartment, and on cloudy and windy days, you can reach out always sunny south of the island and enjoy the summer there only in 30 minutes driving by car. The place is very quiet and not crowded with tourists, the entire coast has spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. We were really impressed. We recommend this apartment, the host is a very caring and kind person, apartment is full of everything you need.

It's rare for me to feel like an Airbnb actually deserves 5 stars across the board, but Carlos' place definitely does. For our small family everything was top--beds, pillows, living room, kitchen, quiet, clean, location, it checks all the boxes!

Everything was great, the accommodation was just like the pictures, the neighborhood is quiet, there is a grocery store 3 minutes away on foot, but everything is within 5-10 minutes by car (Alcampo (Auchan), Ikea, Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi, Decathlon, etc.), whatever you want. Héctor was very kind and always responded quickly.

Totally recommended! The apartment is just as it looks in the photos and is explained in the description. It is in a quiet area but that nearby has very good different options, supermarket, beach, etc. Communication with Ignacio was very easy, attentive at all times, and giving a very good recommendation from the company to rent a car, tourism and where to eat. Very good experience!!!

After hiking in the mountains, I wanted a location to travel from north to south: it's ideal, with the beach to settle down after a day of walking. What is noteworthy is the welcome and all the attention when we arrived: what kindness. You have everything you need in the house.

We loved our stay at Montse's apartment! The apartment was as described, clean, with comfortable beds and had all we needed. We made alot of food there and lacked nothing. The location is very good with alot of life and stuff to do nearby, yet the apartment is quiet. Furthermore Montse is an excellent host!! Very helpful and answers super quick. Highly recommened staying here!
