A super convenient and well equipped apartment very close to the beach and the main tourist attractions in the area. The terrace is a tip for quiet times.

We had a great time. The apartment has a great location and is perfectly equipped with many practical little things. The hostess was great - very friendly and always responded directly and gave helpful tips. Always happy 🤗

Visited Puerto Rico on 7 previous occasions and looked at this apartment thinking how cool it would be to stay here. It didn't disappoint. It was amazing. Everything about the place was brilliant. Location, views, space inside, proper internet, brilliant aircon in living area and the two bedrooms, great kitchen with all the things we needed, two toilets always a bonus and a private sun terrace at the back of the apartment with two sunbeds. There is a dedicated parking space for the apartment, that was ok with a small car. The only thing, and it's a small thing, was maybe they could add umbrellas on the roof top terrace and one on the private terrace at the back of this apartment. But overall amazing stay and we will return. Thanks so much for a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marina's apartment, the view from the balcany is amazing, and watching the colours change as the sun sets, with a glass of wine in hand is not to be missed. The apartment is compact, but that hasn't prevented everything we needed being fitted in. . Andre was very easy to contact, and very helpful with suggestions to visit . We lvery much look forward to returning to Playa del Cura

Nice stay, the outdoor area and pool are bigger than in the pictures. Perfect to walk down at Mogan Mall, easy to take a taxi back home. Very nice host. Will be staying here at the next holiday to the gran canaria as well.

We didn't want to leave anymore. The apartment is just like in the photos, the amenities are super modern and new. The kitchen has everything you need and was very tidy and sparkling clean. Breakfast among the fruit trees overlooking the mountains was our highlight. Exceptional is the quick, personal, helpful and totally sympathetic communication with the hosts. We have never experienced this before. It was all perfect !

Everything was perfect, from first contact to departure. Particularly noteworthy is the warm welcome and farewell that we never had in any accommodation in this form and we have really traveled a lot. We felt absolutely comfortable, like at home. The house itself is also great, offers everything you want for a pleasant holiday and was impeccably clean. Of course, the view of the sea and the surroundings was also great. I'm sure we'll be back.

My friend's and I stay in Las Palmas was fantastic! The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, making it a truly comfortable home away from home. Accessing the building was seamless, and I appreciated the secure and convenient entry system. Laura, was incredibly friendly and attentive, always available to assist with any questions. The location was great —there’s a bus stop right outside the door, making it super easy to explore the island. Highly recommended for a stress-free and enjoyable vacation!

We stayed for a few nights with our toddler and had a brilliant time! The villa is perfect and had everything we needed for a quiet short stay. The sun loungers and outside dining area meant we spent most of the day outside and we used the shared pool everyday! There is a footpath down to the beach pool and it’s a short walk into Porto de Nieves from there (20mins in total). The restaurants were busy and food was good. Thanks for having us!

The apartment was clean and as in the pictures. The apartment had all the basic necessities and more. Each room had own air conditioning/heating. The best part of the apartment was the balcony, it is huge, sunny and the view is amazing! The Loma Verde complex was really fine and the pool area was nice. The apartment and the neighborhood are quiet. Joe was a friendly host, he replied fast, the keys were handed over personally, water and wine were waiting for us. The location is on a hill, so there is a lot of climbing... We only missed blackout curtains, a smoke alarm and extinguisher, and "home and neighborhood guidebook". Fantastic two weeks!
