Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Lake Macatawa

We really enjoyed our stay. My three-year-old did not want to leave. She really enjoyed finding frogs by the lake and my teenagers really enjoyed the game room. We enjoyed all the space the home had to offer. Definitely would stay here again in the future.

Frederick was responsive and helpful. The house was great. Comfortable and clean. It was the perfect house to sit around and talk with family.

Honestly, I'm not sure I want to write how good this space is, for fear that it won't be available for me lol. This will be a highly coveted place to getaway and unwind! Estella is clearly prepared to host the most relaxing stay for her guests. It is a simple, well planned build that has just what your soul needs. Peaceful and tranquil surroundings to enjoy with loved ones. The details in design, such as the beautiful natural light, tile wall in the bathroom that is carried into the kitchen, the robes for after an incredible shower or dip in the hot tub, games, and firepit...why even leave? Well, we didn't want to leave. However, The simple 24hrs spent I'm this curated space was enough to inspire another, longer booking. Angela’s place was perfect for our week-long family vacation. It was conveniently located so we could easily walk to town and were only a 10-15 mins car ride from the beach. The place was super clean and the set up with 3 rooms with bathrooms in each floor was excellent. Kitchen was well stocked. We loved using the bbq and sitting outside in the morning. It is a gorgeous house, the pictures do not do it justice.

Melissa’s house was amazing, absolutely loved it and the scenery? Amazing. 💕 She was very responsive when I asked some questions and very understanding when i brought some thing’s to her attention after our stay. Definitely would love to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Christy’s place. She is super responsive and it is beautifully appointed with the perfect combo of cozy and chic. We love to cook and she had great recipe books and all tools along with starter ingredients to whip up delicious meals. The land surrounding the property is well maintained and offers plenty for play and relaxation. We will definitely return and look forward to exploring the area in warmer seasons.

This home is nice. Has 4 bedrooms, kitchen, nice back yard with fire pit. You can walk into downtown which we did one day but it is as easy to drive. he has a nice wagon you could use for the beach that folds up. one bedroom on first floor with king bed. one bathroom/shower on first floor with same rook as laundry. upstairs has three bedrooms. two with king beds and one with two full size bunk beds. one bathroom with bath upstairs. dining room table easily seats 8. huge tv on main level

Was an absolutely relaxing stay. It was exactly what my husband and I were looking for. An extended weekend away with a bunch of things around us to do. It had a little bit of everything around us, including privacy. It was fantastic.

Cozy and extremely easy to walk to K college, Vine Neighborhood, downtown, etc

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Ronda's place! The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the bathtub was a delight to use. It was a perfect space for a little weekend getaway; many restaurants and beach access within easy driving distance. There is not a ton of natural lighting, unless you leave the french door curtains open. I found having to compromise privacy for natural light to be a little disappointing, but I had a wonderful time. I would stay here again!

Very beautiful place. Secluded and peaceful, perfect for a quiet weekend away. Has a cute little town not too far away with plenty of places to eat and activities to participate in. Would definitely come back!

Larry and Christine were very accommodating and helpful when I had an early check in around 6:30am after driving all night. The suite was as advertised, clean, comfortable, and easy to locate. They pay attention to details…offering things like small chocolates, fresh delicious Michigan apples and bath salts. The town was nice and there was a lot to do between corn mazes, pumpkin patches and of course the local beaches. If you’re heading to the area for campus or local experiences, you won’t be disappointed in your stay at Lake breeze suite.

Stayed here for our anniversary weekend and we absolutely loved it. It was a beautiful little apartment. Very clean. He even left us a bottle of Prosecco with a happy anniversary note, a couple of bottles of water,coke and beers! Also plenty of complimentary snacks too. So Peaceful and private. We didn’t get to use the outside fire pit/grill but it looked lovely. 5 min drive to downtown Saugatuck. You could walk but we just chose to drive. Great restaurants and nightlife. We will definitely be back again!

Both Diana and her space were just wonderful! We highly recommend staying here, the neighborhood is super walkable, especially if you have dogs and there is honestly a lot to do/eat/drink right around there. We loved it and would come back in a heartbeat!

Stephanie and Chads place has made what has been a wonderful trip, all the better. A perfect apartment in an idilic setting with wonderful hosts. If we get a chance to come this way again, I'd hope to stay with them again. Stephanie was wonderful, from the 1st point of contact. she was soo helpful, she recommended a route from O'Hare airport in Chicago, to her place in Kalamazoo, which put us at ease. the Apartment had all that we needed. it was warm and comfortable at all times as we had weather was 20c and sunny to -3c and snowing. hot water as you needed and in a setting that was stunning on the outskirts of Kalamazoo but 5 mins from where we needed to be each day. We had a garage for our car. washer and dryer for our clothes two bedrooms with double beds and a large living space and kitchenette they had all we needed for it to feel like a home away from home.

We were so impressed with Jodi’s Cozy Cabin. It was by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in yet. Not only was it cozy with the most beautiful view of Croton Pond, it had all the amenities needed for a great stay. Jodi is a fabulous host and we can’t wait to come back for another stay!

This was the third year my daughter and I stayed in the Grant area for spring Turkey season. This was by far the most comfortable and accommodating place we have stayed. From the full kitchen, comfortable beds and quiet setting, we could not have asked for more. Our host was friendly and very responsive to all of our inquiries. We will definitely look to stay here again.

We had an excellent time as a family at David's cabin. Everything was as advertised, and more. David was very proactive in communicating with us and responsive to any questions we had. The cabin was really, really beautiful, with peaceful surroundings and all the comforts of a well appointed home. David was clear about the pet policy and our dog was clearly welcome in the home. David left really nice touches for the humans as well, with cookies and muffins on our arrival. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, and we are particularly impressed with how well everything is labeled...light switches, cupboard doors, electronics, etc. Very, very well done. We enjoyed our long weekend, winter escape!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay! My guy and I really just needed a little time away to just relax, just the two of us and it was perfect. It was everything as described but better. You could see the water very close to where we were and it was private And secluded, but not too secluded. We hadn’t even left the area and we’re already talking about how we needed to come back a couple of times at least this spring and summer because we enjoyed ourselves so much. It is a perfect getaway for two. The hosts were amazing and I would definitely reserve again in the future, especially if it’s for one of their properties. Thank you so much!

Visited for a Bachelorette Weekend. Property is super cute and checks all boxes. Plenty of parking, towels, clean beds, extra beds, fire pit and hot tub. The weather wasn't great so we couldn't experience all of the outdoor amenities but still had a great time indoors. Very close to Cranes, Fenn Valley Winery and Virtue Cider. If we all didn't already book with hotels for the wedding, we would have loved to book here.

What a beautiful cabin! My husband and I were looking to get away for a few days and enjoy a cozy, private place! This home checked all of our boxes! Very nicely kept, home was orderly, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect as it snowed the day after our arrival and was peaceful and serene! We were able to start a fire in the fireplace and enjoyed relaxing on the comfy sofas! Huge soaker tub in upstairs bathroom and plenty of bedrooms and a fun basement area! The perfect setup! We will have to bring some friends back with us next time- tons of room for several guests to enjoy! We dined at several local restaurants (within a 10 minute drive) that were delicious and spent some time on Water St for shopping, food, and brews! A must-stay place!
