Cabin vacation rentals in Lake Keowee

We loved our stay at the cabin! We had a blast kayaking, paddle boarding and jumping off the dock. We all look forward to coming back here in the summer and staying longer.

Our stay at this A-frame cabin was absolutely perfect. The space is beautifully designed, with great attention to detail and a fully equipped setup that made our experience seamless. Every corner felt intentional and inviting. The hosts, Thomas & Morgan, were incredibly communicative and made sure everything was smooth from start to finish. We truly appreciated their hospitality. This is a place we would absolutely return to, highly recommend!

This is a wonderful place. Perfect for a couples get a way. Private dock to fish off or park your boat. The Host Robin was Amazing. We had 1 issue at the cabin and Robin responded immediately and had it taken care of. This was our first time at lake hartwell and we will going back and staying in the cabin again.

The home was clean and the area is very quiet. The master bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom is large. We enjoyed the back porch and the dock area.

We stayed at Lizard Lodge for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and exactly as shown in the listing only better in person! We loved the location and how peaceful the surroundings of the cabin were. Enjoyed walking down to the lake and fishing a bit. Enjoyed the fire pit one night and enjoyed the hot tub twice and sitting on the swing down on the dock and on the front porch. Enjoyed having dinner on the back deck and watching the birds. Saw beautiful cardinals every day. The beds were very comfortable - slept great! Most of all, I can’t say enough about Sabir and co-host, Jennifer. They were very helpful and responded to any questions we had extremely quickly. This cabin was perfect for my family and they all agree how beautiful and comfortable it was. I would not hesitate to stay at Lizard Lodge again!

My wife, son, & I loved our stay! We’re semi-local to the area but first time on Whitewater Lake, which we so enjoyed! We got good use out of the kayaks, SUP, and swimming. Also loved grilling and eating up under the gazebo. The turntable was so cool too! Very nostalgic. Tom & Kylie were great and have gem property! We’d love to come back in the future.

The property is absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. Having kayaks and a paddle board were a huge plus for my active, waterloving family! My 8 year old grandson took a kayak out with his aunt in tow and was able to master paddling. It was convenient to Seneca. The driveway was steep but our cars navigated it without difficulty and there are a lot of reflectors for night maneuvering. My whole family agreed that they would like to stay there again.

We always enjoy this peaceful lakeside cottage. The rain made for a soggy weekend, but the downtime inside playing board games was the family time we needed.

The perfect cabin by the lake! It has everything you need by far the best cabin lake house we have ever stayed in. Thank you for being an awesome host, we will see you next year!

We had a wonderful time celebrating my son’s 4th birthday at this lovely cabin! The view is amazing and the home was well stocked for everyone (linens, towels, kitchen appliances and utensils, firewood, etc) We would absolutely stay here again and LOVED every minute! We enjoyed going to Sky Top Orchard as well :) Great host and beautiful cabin! Highly recommend!

As Airbnb owners ourselves we were extremely happy with Anita & Bill's place. This is by far our favorite place that we have stayed. Our family made some of the best memories which is exactly why we picked the lodge. We have been sharing pictures with our friends and extended family to show off what we hope they will enjoy as well. It is described perfectly and we highly recommend it!

Elisabeth was such a wonderful host, extremely communicative and responsive. The property was gorgeous and described perfectly. From the hottub instructions, to the heads up about the narrow staircase, nothing at the property was a surprise or unexpected. Very peaceful and relaxing, April was the perfect time to visit, in our opinion. Nothing crazy going on nearby, not too busy anywhere we went including State Parks, and restaurants. Weather was beautiful and the fresh air was much needed. My husband and I have decided we’d like to make this an annual trip and continue to stay at this property when possible.

We had a wonderful stay at Nancy Mountain Bearadise! The house is beautiful, cozy, and well-equipped, offering all the comfort and warmth our family was hoping for. The peaceful mountain setting was the perfect escape, and we especially appreciated the attention to detail in every part of the home. Great stay! Cabin in the woods feel but right off a main road down to creaky floors and beds. We didn’t mind but bring white noise if sounds bother you. Our kids loved the games. Great communication and we had everything we needed!

What a amazing place ! My wife and I came for a weekend getaway and were blown away by how accommodating Mimi and Gene were . The place was above and beyond what we expected ! Absolutely adorable place and perfectly equipped with everything you need for a great stay ! Can’t say enough about the place and the hosts ! We booked another stay here within hours of checking in ! We have stayed at a lot of air bnbs and this has to be up there with one of our favorites :)

The house was beautiful and clean. Enjoyed our weekend away relaxed in the hot tub and the dome was a neat addition to the stay.

Laura was so helpful, responded immediately to messages throughout the weekend, and made sure we had everything we needed. Power lines on the road were knocked down while we were there but the cabin has a whole house generator with an automatic transfer switch which kept everything in the cabin running as if nothing had happened. Cabin itself is great (just as pictures show) but the lot that it sits on was even better and more beautiful than expected (especially when it’s covered in snow). Great weekend, great cabin, and great host. Thank you, Laura!

Host was very good at providing information to us prior to check in. Place was clean and accommodating. Very convenient for events near Green Pond landing. The covered boat storage is an amazing plus for fisherman!

From the location to the accommodations to the outstanding responsiveness of our host(s), there is nothing but positive things to say about our stay. One member of our group did say that it's unfortunate that the ratings only go to five stars. Ten stars would have been more appropriate.

We were in town for a wedding and this place was the close the venue and downtown area. Cute and cozy cottage. Host was great about checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.

I always love taking a trip to South Carolina to get away from the city! The cabin felt very homey and relaxing. It was very clean and organized. I enjoyed my stay very much! Thank you! :)

The location was great, but not walkable to downtown as its off a very curvy road with no shoulder to walk on. The building is dated and could use updating. There is no central AC, so I wouldn't be renting this in the summer. For some reason, we were told the cleaners only clean towels/linens and surfaces, so that was concerning about the level of sanitation there may be. When we arrived we noted some trash (beer cans, dead bugs, hair, cobwebs on all walls, and a metal jimmy hook near the firepit (my child grabbed this to show me). Kitchen also had a weird smell the whole time. I did not like the on the counter dishwasher - I was never able to figure out how to use it so I ended up having to wash all the dishes by hand, which is never ideal on vacation. Master bedroom bed and fridge could be replaced. The host was very friendly and responsive. Overall, not a bad property or location, but is in need of updating. 5 stars overall left to not hurt the owner rating.

We give the cabin an A+. It was comfortable, nicely furnished and lovely. The location was easy to find and the surroundings very pleasant and relaxing. We enjoyed the deck with table and chairs where we could have coffee or drinks. Ryan and Teresa were very responsive. The location, close enough to Greenville for its many restaurants, supplemented the local places. We explored Table Rock State Park adjacent to the cabin and found mountains and waterfalls to add photos and videos to our photo albums. I already have another reservation for this cabin!
