Monthly Rentals in Ladera Ranch

Jason was helpful, communicative and the place was perfect for our family. A couple spots weren’t cleaned well but it was totally fine. We were so so happy and the massage chair was excellent!

I stayed here for over a month and loved it. The gated community and garage parking are so convenient. Beyond that, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I recommend this place because of the peace of mind it provides. I drove across the country to get there, and I knew immediately I had made a great selection.

We chose this listing because of the proximity to a family wedding and other gatherings. We had 8 adults (4 couples) with plenty of room for everyone. We love that we had garage access with the number of cars we had. There were plenty of parks, side walks, and trails to explore in the area. We felt safe in the neighborhood, and there is access to the tennis court and two pickleball courts across the street. Our family took advantage of the open pickleball play on Saturday and Sunday mornings. We couldn’t figure out a way to reserve the pickleball court, but the open play was enough for us. We did not cook too much during our stay, but there seemed to be basic necessities to do so. The rooms did not have TVs, but this was not a problem for our group. Our family highly recommends this listing!

Alexandra’s place is amazing. It’s close by shopping centers, and offers great privacy.
